White Stripes defense time.

Jack White is the Willy Wonka of rock music. His eccentric personality and old timey style, coupled with simplistic yet creative guitar riffs and innovative focus on instrumental pairings has made him one of the greatest guitarists of all time. Meg's drumming was just as simplistic, impactful, and hard hitting than a lot of other artists and had immense chemistry with Jack musically, and is also regarded pretty highly for her drum talent. Their hits like Seven Nation Army, Fell in Love With a Girl, Blue Orchid, We're Going to Be Friends, and Icky Thump were pretty defining releases of the 00s for a lot of people, with their easy riffs and pounding drums becoming arena anthems and studied by music classes just a decade later. He shot a vinyl record into space and helped revitalize the industry with his pressing company.

They had a massive range of vibes from loud, catchy hard rock to rhythmic, interesting blues rock.

Aside from the band, Jack's solo work has been awesome. Fear of the Dawn, the album he released last year, was one of my favorite rock records in recent memory.

deggle : Huh. Didn't notice that. I don't have a single band on here that formed after 2000. I was trying to put the most well known bands in the first round and rock sorta stopped having those sorts of moments for the most part, outside of a ton of rock musicians / albums out there today that I really really dig, it's just harder to count on people generally knowing many of them since it doesn't get much radio play / charts anymore. They'll find their way into the next round.

Grinding the battle pass to get ready to unlock the Eren Yeager skin in a few weeks. Hopefully they do a cool, full on Attack on Titan event, and it looks like they may be recreating the walls in the series as there's a new achievement that says "Defend the Walls" so definitely will be keeping up. It would be a ton of fun. ODM gear in a multiplayer shooter is going to go hard.

Not a major fan of The Offspring. As an adult now I realize a lot of their most famous output is obscenely cringe and corny as hell. However, trying to get a better grip of their music, I found one song on Americana that was jaw dropping called "Pay the Man." It sounds entirely different from everything else they've created and I wish we got to hear more like it.

Another Reigeliki box brought me the secret rare Pikachu, the GG Suicune alt art, two holo water energies, a GG Comfey, a regular Regigigas VSTAR and a Leon signed holo.

I paid $26 for the box and it had $121 in value inside! Absolutely bonkers luck!

Bought another to split with my girlfriend for valentines day and it only had another GG Mew! I guess it makes up for the last loaded box but there's 70 cards in this gallery, I really hope I don't get any more repeats after this.
