There's a Popeye's not far from here actually, but I've never eaten anything of theirs because their food is so expensive. I've been looking forward to trying it sometime, but it'll be a while yet before that happens since money's hard to come by.

When I was a toddler, I was taken to a KISS concert and was fairly close to the stage. The band took notice and was tossing picks and t-shirts my way. Didn't get any of it because the rest of the crowd dove in on everything, but it's the thought that counts.

I have a couple pictures with and a couple signed tickets from G. Gordon Liddy. As in the guy from the Watergate scandal.

I shook hands with Fred Thompson, who was on Law and Order and was a U.S. Senator, when he was running for president, if that counts.

Actually, my answer's changed some since my last post, too. It is, however, still specific to my situation.

I'd either take it and put it towards living with a roommate while I find work after the relocation, or I'd by a minivan or small SUV and make that my home. Cost of living for a vehicle is surprisingly manageable.

SonicOlmstead : The target block's new. Came with the bees update. It's got a big bull's-eye on it and, depending on how close to the center you hit it with an arrow, it sends redstone signals of varying strength. I haven't played around with it really, just been reading up on the updates. I'm kind of redstone inept.

I play World of Tanks Blitz, which is technically a mobile game, but I play it through Steam. I still count it as a mobile game since most players are using mobile devices and it's all cross-platform matchmaking unless you opt to turn it off.

I'm not sure what it's called, but I saw my brother playing a game with one of his friends there they built several floors of snow over a lava pit, each had a shovel, and started top floor with the objective of digging the floor out from under the other player and dropping them into the lava. It looked really, really fun and would be a cool PvP elimination game, I think.


I also think there's a ton that could be done with the new target block. Setting up horseback shooting galleries, long range archery competitions, etc. etc.

Any way we could set up jousting?

Before, after, and throughout that change, you've always brought something unique to the site and we were better for having it.

I'm sorry to hear your health is so poor. I can't help but feel like this update had a bit of a "goodbye" vibe. I won't pry, but I hope you'll be able to stop back in once in a while. I wish you well.
