Linux going to reign supreme in Germany? Nah, they'll just develop their own OS that mimics Windows for laughs, :p

In the meantime, I'll be waiting for Germanish Videogame companies to start making Dreamcast games once again... I mean more Wii Titles. Because something is going to have to cover that blank spot.

Epictanooki :
BAH, you are right... I think I made it too obvious. Way too obvious, considering I used Clue #2.

XD, that was a joke, but Eggman is the 'father' to a bunch of robots that he randomly creates.

As for the comics, I have given up on most of those. I'm sticking to the games.

I'm with Mega, Shadow dies too much to be the father of anything, besides that one non-canon Sonic chao that looks exactly like him.

Silver's father is obviously Dr. Eggman, as Dr. Eggman is somehow the father of everybody, because he mutates people or clones them or turns them into the robots. So technically everything that happened has been Ivo's fault. Yep, everything is his fault.

Random jokes aside... I don't really care for Silver, and I think his father is some other random character that they'll bring up for a one time game or something.

Batman Forever is a beat em up game. It's not a fighter, though it rips off one. Made in 1995 by Acclaim's attempt to suck the Mortal Kombat license for a movie game, this game was plagued by inconsistency and idiocy. Before I get into a rant, let me tell you my professional opinion on Acclaim, since some of you don't get this.

Apart from a few specific games, Acclaim is, and always has been full of fail. Just like SUNSOFT, just like LJN. That is my opinion, regardless of how many 'WM-The Arcade Game' come out. Anyways, let's go over the game.

Batman Forever is based on the movie, so we basically have to own both Two Face and Riddler(Probably my third favorite villain ever). The only problem is, it's a generic beat em up, not a good one like Final Fight, but one of those old, terrible ones, where you can get away with whittling down an enemies health bar by punching them in the nuts over and over again. The fighter AI is terrible, because it falls for stupid tricks, and let's be honest. THIS GAME RIPS OFF MORTAL KOMBAT. The moves look exactly the same as MK moves, and I'd be in support of this, if the moves weren't so slow and broken, they should be fast and fluid like the MK series. I mean, heck, a beat em up should be fluid, not jaggedly. This is only one of the many gripes I have with this game.

The controls are a mess, since you actually have to use the bat grapple. Using it requires you to press three or four buttons at once, and heaven help you if you screw up within a tenth to a degree, because it will laugh in your face, making you just miss. But, besides that issue, the controls, as a whole are a clunky mess, that really makes me shudder every time I play the game. It's that bad.

I'm not going to go into how stupid the enemy names sound. Let's just say, there are some hilarious ones, like Giggles and Chuckles, or Evil *insert name here*... Honestly, is every prisoner called Evil? And why do they look almost exactly like MK1 Kano?!?!?

The graphics are the best part of the game, because they actually look pretty good for the Genesis era. However, Graphics DOES not a good game make. Regardless if it's on the PS3 or not. People should know this by now. Oh, and neither does sound, though the sound is decent, like many Genesis titles.

I went through a year with the save, yeah, that's the most recent update. I only have mine for usage with a save that replaces rosters and makes them more current. I'm PMing you the description for the Mutant League Roster now.

Yes, quite a big difference. The original FFPW(Which is FPW2 in the US, yes) had one specific huge mode that allowed you to run a wrestling organization. This was taken out of the US Version and replaced by a gauntlet of sorts. It's a pretty big thing to remove an entire mode when you translate the game.

I've e-mailed you them instead.

The translation? It was on Fire Pro Club. They usually post all the saves/translations for the games in the series there first.

As for the romhack, I did have it on the Knobbe Tecmo Bowl site, where all those other TSB romhacks are usually on, but it seems to have been taken down for some reason, I still have my copy though.

There's a fan translation of the GBA Final Fire Pro Wrestling that translates a vast majority of it to English. If you want, I can send you the ROM File that does so, I'm allowed to share it.

I also made a romhack for the NES version of Tecmo Super Bowl that has rosters from Mutant League Football and Mutant League Hockey, if you'd also want that.

I'd like to see them on there, but it's just a suggestion.

PlayStation Home is PlayStation Home. It's an MMO of sorts. Now, let me just state that this review was typed April 30th, 2012, so by the time that you read this review, Home COULD have changed drastically. I doubt it, but it could.

Home is a Troll's Paradise, because people can dress up crazily and just swear people out with no one doing a thing about it. Sony doesn't have much control at all over what happens in there it's hilarious. I would recommend you be of age before you play this game. Anyways, there are a bunch of flaws to PS Home. Graphics and Sound are okay, but the flaws to this game are the reason this game is rated a six.

The first flaw is that you have to pay too much money for something that shouldn't be worth that much. I mean 3 dollars for a shirt or something that goes there? Are you SERIOUS, Sony? That much? I can buy some DLC Chars or Stages for that price, and that is just for a shirt! Wow... Okay. Don't even get me started about all the overpriced rooms on PS Home either. If you have money, good for you, but for people that really don't get much money in general, like me, it's bad. At least there's some decent free stuff out there.

The second flaw is that most of the games are terrible. There are a few good games(Uncharted Treasure Hunter, Novus Prime, DDR in Konami Penthouse, Pirate Battle, Sodium) but... Taking pictures? REALLY? This is a game? How about that whole 'Risk' game that you have to pay to play more then once a week.... How about the obvious Chess game? How about a little 'quest' game where you have to kill monsters, but the only way you can do any damage is to use real money to buy better items? Yeah... not the best thing, Sony.

The third flaw... is that there just isn't that much to do. I mean, there's a bunch of rooms, but how many of them give you more then a day's worth of fun? I mean, even if you pay, how many rooms give you the fun that you want to have? Plus, Sony shuts down a lot of their old rooms, so even if you found something you liked... Chances are, it won't be there long.

There is a movie theater, but a lot of the shows they play on the regular ones are crap, like The Tester or that Platnium'd show, but the LOOT Space Theater is a great place to go to, since it plays decent movies, and shows some good anime/cartoons. Is it enough, though to overcome the shortcomings of this? No, it isn't. I do hope Sony starts to improve the thing in general, because I know of a few better MMOs right now, including Free Realms, which they make also. GASP. Anyways, that's my two cents, it's 'free', so give it a look, and if you don't like it, just never sign in again until they fix it.

Okay, three clues, sounds simple.
1. I was in a couple games on the Genesis.
2. I wear a large gold medallion
3. I am the color Red.

Castlevania: Harmony of Despair was released in September 2011 for the US, October 2011 for Europe, and March 2012 for Japan. It is a Castlevania game from Konami, that involves sidescrolling action. However, unlike previous Vanias, this one gives a max of four offline/six players offline to play this game. The question is, does it work?

The answer is.... Kind of.

I mean, let me state something right now, the Graphics(even though there's a few weird spots) are Castlevania, the Sound and Music are Castlevania. Yes, it has that going for it. The game plays mostly like a Castlevania, but there are some instances where it does not. First, let's go over the basics.

You have your whip attacks, dive kicks, your subweapons, you can jump, you can zoom in and out the screen to see the full map, but there's one major issue. Instead of using EXP from enemies you kill to gain levels(like the most recent games), you have to kill the enemies with your subweapons, to level them up... This in turn makes you stronger. A thing like this is not as good as you think it'd sound, because some people will just spam projectiles all the time to level up their stuff quickly. This creates a HUGE gap between everyone. When I jumped into a few online games, I notice people rushing straight for the boss as fast as possible, not letting me actually do much with my subweapons, let alone fight a boss. It can be pretty unfair that the game is so off balance that you'll have to get a couple of friends offline to have a decent experience. That's right, because playing the game solo is either hit or miss, depending on your taste for Boss Rushes, because that's exactly what you have here. Go through level, fight boss, win. There's also a Battle mode, but... it's nothing special.

Graphics and Sounds are mostly inspired and taken from the DS games, and this disappoints me. There's barely anything from the NES, SNES versions(just a few DLC chars and stages), while some games like the Genesis Castlevania and Circle of the Moon get snubbed completely. Those are the types of things that just make me shake my head. If you are making something like this, you should use a wide range of games, not just take 95% of the stuff from the DS, just because you can. Konami really botched on this. There's a lot of depth for getting the best items in the game though, however, it just feels like farming for money and the like. It's just the way the game feels on occasion. 'Oh, I need this much money, so let's run through this same stage over and over.'

The graphics are redone, yes, they are HD, they look good. The game is fun in small bursts, and even that seems to be dropping a bit, because of how the servers have pretty much dropped off. I barely see any games on now, let alone 6-player games. Is it worth the purchase of it's price $15? If you like the RPG Vania's enough, and don't mind going through a few annoyances to get your fix, yeah, sure. For others who wanted a bit more of a traditional Castlevania experience... It falls flat.

Okay then, for a follow up, do you only watch American Mainstream Wrestling(WWE/TNA)?

Also , do you watch Puro or Lucha or ROH or indies? Just being curious because I watch a lot of Puro and Indies.

So, my question for you is obvious, what was one of your favorite 'years' of wrestling?

If that's too precise, we can go era's if you want.

Mine was the post WWF era, you know, the two-three years after that where WWE and TNA both delivered great shows.
