You walk, you reach the city, seems to be some kind of building going on. People are putting up more stands than before, and hanging colorful lights in between the houses, and flags and such.

You have no real idea what's going on, you see Kana though, directing some sort of work on the Rahan building, making it all colorful.

"Ah, you guys, follow me"

She walks into the Rahan building and into her office, and motions for you to come after.
