well, reaching my "goal weight" was only part of the goal.

I've actually been working out a lot since then in order to build up my muscle mass and actually have some strength. I used to use 10 and 15 pound dumbbells when I started and I'm now using only 20 and 25 pound dumbbells. I already feel like I could move on to 30's for some of my exercises but I haven't bothered to do that yet.

I've put some of my old weight back on but a lot of it is going into muscle which is much better than fat. I'm still not where I want to be overall but I'm getting closer to being a more balanced and healthy person than I ever have been before.
