We're human. We aren't truly perfect, though some of us try too hard (myself included). We all have positives and flaws, which just add to our complexity. Even those of us with seemingly undesirable traits have something to counter it. Thankfully, if we understand ourselves inherently, we can accomplish much more than we possibly imagined. We are all complex, and our distinct personalities are to show it. When it comes to my personal qualities, loyalty is my virtue. I'll always be able to help whenever i possibly can, and it makes me feel delighted to enlighten and support others out of actual concern instead of just trying to be nice. Another virtue is persistence. With it, I can eventually tailor myself to certain skills with time and effort, and it allows me personal satisfaction. My vice is timidness. Perhaps because of it, I have an extremely hard time approaching others, and I just give off a creepy vibe when trying to mind my own business. Perhaps my brutal honesty also counts. Because of my bluntness, I end up saying things I should keep to myself, and I might end up becoming excessively judgement and bitter over my personal feelings, without being able to suppress it.

My greatest strength is my ability to make people comfortable and inspire trust. It's played a huge role in my professional life and I make friends easily, so my social life also is successful.

It's also made life super easy. People like me so they go out of their way to help me, to cheer me on, to see me succeed, and be on my team, and be a part of my life. I literally can't complain about anything because my life is easy since I smile all the time.

Example: My wife and I were at a bar years ago. A woman was talking to the bartender and another local guy and she was expressing fear that her kid was in the Marines Corps at boot camp. I was in the Marines so I told her about my experiences and basically said, "He'll be fine, they're safe there and it's tough training but it's not meant to actually kill people." She was visibly relieved after five minutes and she continued on her vacation and left us.

The guy at the bar was like, "Wow. She wanted some reassuring and we couldn't do that. You lived it and you told her what she wanted to hear without being full of s***t. That was nice."

He picked up our entire tab before we left because we made that woman's life better. Nicest thing a guy could do.

If she didn't trust me, it wouldn't have happened.

Weaknesses? I have none.

My greatest strength is my ability to inspire and rally people through my energetic nature.

There are a lot of times where people around me just don't have the will to go on. Either school is getting to hard or they just don't have the stamina to participate in a certain activity. I can always encourage them and make them see what the can do rather than what they can't.

I would say my only real weakness remaining is my laziness but I've been rectifying that over the last few months via increased physical activity.

I find that there are a few parts to this question. 

I'll start with physical. My strengths physically would be speed and agility. I'm pretty skinny and not that tall (not short either) which makes it pretty easy to be quick and stuff. My weakness physically would definitely be strength (relatively). I'm not exactly weak by any stretch, but I'm literally a twig. Strength is by far the area where I have most to improve, physically speaking. Strength is my weakness . 

Mentally, I'd say that my open-mindedness is a strength. I'm not very judgmental at all, and I tend to give everyone a chance whether their reputation be good or bad. My biggest weakness in this area would probably be patience. I'm not a highly patient person at all. I mean, I can wait for things and stuff, but I'm not very patient when it comes with human interactions. I tend to get frustrated easily if I'm not really in a good mood, but I don't truly get upset that much. 

In general, I think my biggest strength would be that I'm hardworking. It doesn't matter if it's school, sports, or some stupid video game, I'm giving it 100%. You can always expect my best effort no matter what it is. This tends to help me a lot with a lot of different things. My biggest weakness in general would probably be my confidence. I'm not a very confident person honestly, especially in real life. I tend to feel like I'm not good enough a lot, and that influences my behavior and actions.
