Well, mohamedroxx3 is no longer the miscellaneous system manager, so if there's any games that people find that don't fall into any of the other system manager categories, they'll have to be taken care of by tRIUNE until someone else replaces him at that position.

thing1 : I'll try to have all those added by Tuesday. But also remember that games such as Counter-Strike were added before we even had a Steam section, so it had a page, just under PC.

thing1 : For a bunch of different reasons.


1. There's still plenty of games that are only on PC and not Steam, for example some games by EA, Blizzard, and Hi-Rez. With dozens more coming out each month.

2. Many games that have both a Steam release and a regular PC release are very different, such as capabilities with Mods and markets.

3. There's so many games that were already added to the PC category that adding pages for Steam or changing them would literally take months, and it's possible that some info might disappear, like screenshots, videos, etc.

The Harvest Moon game was skipped intentionally. It's the same game from PS2, therefore it's not actually a new game and didn't get added when it got released. It would have qualified if it was retail, for the listings, but not if it's digital. You know a lot about HM and probably you're going to tell me I'm wrong, so I'll investigate this one as well to defend myself

EX Palen.: You're wrong! This game is quite different because...because...it runs at 1080p? xD Nah, it's the same as far as I know.

I wasn't aware that the PS2 games on PS4 were skipped. If that's the case then you can ignore War of The Monsters and Dark Cloud 2 as well. Sorry about that.


Also, of course I knew you had a break this weekend: I see everything. O__O It's the power of pudding.

Eirinn : We initially added them, but we ultimately discarded adding any game that wasn't new. There are still some classics out there that prove it, although now it's no longer the case. Unless the game receives any upgrades, like happens with the Arcade Series as its prime example, or gets a retail release then it's skipped.

It's okay to not be aware of this, after all you normally can't be aware of the "rule changes" happening after you left the position. I'm also glad it thinned the list a bit, now I won't have as much trouble

Eirinn : Double post because I'm going through your list right now to check what can be added.

You say in your last reply I should ignore War of the Monsters. However, contrary to Harvest Moon, that game has received upgrades and the Store claims it may play differently than the original PS2 version, therefore will be added.

You mention in that same reply the game Dark Cloud 2, which is already in the VGR and wasn't in your list. Not sure why you mentioned it, but you didn't mention Rogue Galaxy which also falls under the same category as War of the Monsters. Could be a mistake from you, because Dark Cloud 2 is also an upgraded PS2 game like the other two and serves as the prime example because it wasn't added as PS2 Classic, hinting at its upgrade.

Finally, Stikbold! was added in its due date unless you're not talking about this

I'm now going through the VITA titles. I'm not checking for double/triple versions yet, just the games for the systems you listed, so if I find anything else I'll either update this post or let you know when I'm done adding them.

EDIT: Finally done with the list, everything has been added.

The version we have of Tiny Troopers Joint Ops seems to be just a retail release of the original version, for what I've found, therefore no need to add the "standard" digital version.

I didn't add Alien Havoc because I don't know how we (used to) deal with PS Minis. They may be fully fledged games but I ignore if they actually qualify for the VGR standards.
