In the end, her vote was really enough to convince others she was too dangerous to let live.

And it's a pity, because Snowdeath was just a bystander.

Snowdeath didn't seem particularly bothered that she was going to be killed...

Frodlex : must be having kids that made me wake up so early. I can't sleep in anymore because of them. All the rest of you will likely wake up after 10 and still complain about how early it is

Surgiac : fair enough. I hadn't thought about it that way. Still, I hate all the waiting that this entails. I want more update posts so we know what is happening next!

I'd have updated earlier, but I have been busy working. Had no time to make an update.

Anyway, this update is delayed. There was confusion over a role, and to be fair to them, I am granting them an extension. I have to basically race to the airport, anyways, so I still don't have time for a quality update.

Sorry guys, just going home for the first time in a year has thrown a lot of things into chaos for the week. You should expect very little for the next week, outside of quick posts and updates when they apply, since I'll be busy trying to catch up with everybody. I didn't know this was going to be happening when we started this game, so it's definitely an unplanned change of plans.

legacyme3 : It's all good. Frankly, I wouldn't mind waiting for a quality post to advance the game with minor status updates in the meantime. Wouldn't be mafia without Leggy........ (hopefully that lets me live in the end)...... wait a minute..... I just thought that out loud, didn't I? Bleh.

We still have a slight edge over the mafia. But the only true escape is if we all vote Leggy out.

This game feels dead and it's only been a week.

Alright. I'm back. I basically spent 5 days in Maine and New Hampshire with family, and lacked a computer for those 5 days. I wasn't about to post a big update with my phone, and no one should have expected it.

I am back now, however, and all updates should be frequent and regular. As a form of retribution, I've decided to step this game up, as some of those with night roles will learn. Whether they share this or not, is up to them...

The night seemed to drag on for years (OK, about a week or so), with no end in sight. Some complained that the game felt deader than ever.

About as dead as geeogree perhaps? Probably, because he found himself withering away in the night, what with a blade to the torso. Funny thing about blobs in RPGs is that it doesn't matter how blobby you are, you are usually a low-level beginner monster, for some adventurer with a wooden sword or a Fire 1 spell. Turns out, blobs and Mafia have one common weakness. Wooden swords. (If you couldn't gather, he was Mafia).

But, his death, no matter how predictable and sad, would be upstaged by a double killing of Surgiac. Yeah, I guess more than one person had targeted her for whatever reason. She would join geeogree as members of the Mafia to die tonight. Only difference is she was a Mafia Locksmith, and that she was unable to really alter anything of substance in this game in the night rounds.

Also joining them amongst the dead was... nobody. Yeah, only two people died tonight, how about that?

The moon finally fell from the sky, but none of the players were prepared for the night to end, so they ended up sleeping in.

By the time they woke up, the sun was on the way down. In a panic, the villagers of the rooftop hotel decided to stage an impromptu vote, so as to not totally waste a day round.

So most day rounds would be 72 hours, but because I want to get back on schedule (I still plan for this game to end the first week of July as promised) I need to accelerate this day round.

So instead of 72 hours, you will have 24 hours... or 10 total posts. Yeah, we're going to mix things up. Only the first 10 posts will count. You can think about the implications all you want. Ultimately, I am going to make it possible for a single person to hijack this day round, at the cost of making themselves a possible target. It's possible we end this day round with no votes, if you don't play aggressively. Any posts beyond 10 will not count for voting, but may be used to discuss future day rounds...

Yeah, I know that's not much time and there is a strange and new limitation on the table, but let's see how many of you are on your toes.

So i'm guessing we "killed" off another two mafia members... Now, I really am beginning to agree with everyone the idea of a framer is at work, because there's no way we would kill off 3 mafia (MLB, Geeo, Surgiac)  in three nights that's just too easy and not possible. (Unless we're super lucky and we just have the GodFather, but I highly doubt it). Does anyone have any evidence they would like to show, because I really have nothing. I'm just making a re-cap and will edit anything I figure out in, so as to make sure the other 9 people can get their thoughts in. 

Well no wonder I couldn't sleep well last night. I knife in my back made it so I couldn't find a comfortable position to sleep in. Oh well, at least I don't have to go so many notifications from this thread anymore

Don't worry. Posts by me (my results post, and this one) will not count in that total. There are two. (I'm also not counting geeo's death post, since it would be unfair if a dead person could alter the game that much.

From what I gather there's been 3 kill attempts both night rounds and I assume one of those at least is mafia. So far so it doesn't seem possible that mafia could've used one of those nights to find out who the framer is. In previous games when I was part of the mafia we never knew who the framer was from the start. This considered we're likely either dealing with a framer who is good at predicting who's going to get killed or it really is as good as it seems to be. Since leggy changes things up with roles each game it wouldn't suprise me if there seemingly being so many mafia was affected by that.

That said I don't really have much in terms of who to vote for since geeo whom was the only one I was starting to suspect, was killed off. 

Frodlex : Pretty sure my post is the 3rd since counting leggy's posts or geeo's posts (since he's dead) would be kind of unfair.

If we're going to survive, we need to get a couple no-kill votes out there early just so no one has the chance to hijack the vote. From there we need to think things over and see if we want to actually lynch someone, but there isn't any evidence so far that incriminates anyone in this game so far.

So my vote is for No-Kill.

Whoever posts next, please make it count. If you don't, it might incriminate you. Trying to waste the posts away so someone can stop by and hijack it at the 8th or 9th post so you can lynch who you want.
