I like super Mario bros on the wii. I find it much more fun playing on that using my controls and stuff. And no I am not talking about the wii u I am talking about the original wii. The original wii was the best they had many great things for the console I dunno why they kind of decided to abandon it. That's what I felt they did. '-'

Most of the Mario games (original games, not including hacks) I have played are on the NES, and I enjoyed almost all of them. So I would say the NES is my favorite console to play Mario games on. I'm still somewhat addicted to Super Mario Bros. and I like Super Mario Bros. 3 too.

That's why I stopped buying some modern consoles at that. I never thought the wii u to be something to me but some other brought it because of the games that they couldn't play on the wii. Its more like Nintendo did something to draw of the people, and have them buying it despite how the console looks. '-'

I got to say that the N64 earns my vote easily. Mario 64 is my favorite Mario game and is a classic and in witch I would consider it to be one of the best games ever created. Nothing can beat the nostalgia this game gives off and I will always love this game.-

I'm quite torn here, but I think I'm going to have to go with SNES. Between the classic style Mario games it had, as well as the awesome Mario RPGs, it just had it all. I actually just recently got into the Mario RPG games, namely Legend of the Seven Stars, so my answer might be a little biased / influenced by that
