  I'm on this computer that when ever I press the key to save or load my game it doesn't do said action so is there any way  to save with out those keys ?

Does your computer have a "fn" key? If it does try using that and see if it saves it. If it doesn't the only other way is ingame saving at least that I know of.

  OK maybe I wasn't clear: every time I do press it, only changes like the brightness or something besides save do is there anyway to disable the keys from doing that?

On the bottom left, usually next to the windows key on the keyboard, there should be a key that that's labeled as function or fn.
Like pokemon said, hold that button then press f2 to save and hold fn and press f4 to load.

If that doesn't work, try to clock the game screen first, then those button combinations.

I don't think you can disable that to my knowledge.

segaflare97 : You can save the game like it was supposed to be saved as. F2 saves a State and is not permanent by the games understanding. Saving in the game the way it was intended will make a permanent save without the keys. Keep in mind that games without saving won't have this luxury.
