as far as pokemon goes, i would say the best pokemon come from sinnoh and hoenn (i hate to admit ti but its true!!) as far as my fav generation though, i would definitely say johto and kanto. i like johto more though because of all the awesome new features it introduced and you could travel in between 2 regions. kanto is original and had nice gameplay but johto was definitely more fun especially with all the new features. its hard to choose but i would probably go with johto thats for games

as far as the anime is concerned, kanto is the best hands down. johto was good too but not as good as kanto. i really dislike hoenn because i just wasnt a big fan of the pokemon they had and may and max were super annoying!!! they took out alot fo things that we liked about pokemon. the stalker jigglypuff, team rockets old motto (and pokemon they only had like 2 for chirst sake coudlnt they have just kept them), misty, ashs brain, LOL all that good stuff. ashs didnt really have a rival in hoenn now that i think about it i missed that too. i hated the fact that they had 3 criminal organizations it just seemed so unnecessary to me. they had unrealistic goals too. well i could go on and on but ill just stop here lol

Johto because its the most exiting especialy when Crystal came out

johto cuzz it has the best starters a very good story line and you can go into kanto and do all those gyms i havent sin any other pokemon games witch u can go into anoyher regon so johto is the best
