Koopas they are so ultimate and i really like the one in paper mario thousand year door. and you can pick up their sells and lob them plus goombas are weak bullet bills are easy (especially if they don't lock on) plus koopas do an epic dance when it goes bah bah in the music.

For its usefulness I have to pick the Koopa, as others said they can be used to beat other enemies, but they are also one of the best ways to get to hard to reach spots (jump bounce off them), and can be used to break blocks you cant normally break.
