I had some Chicken and a baked potato for dinner the Chicken was kind of spicy but it wasn't too bad, I ended up eating later than I'd like to though which always makes me nervous it's going to cause me to gain some weight so hopefully that doesn't happen.

Ever have P.F. Chang's? It was one of the last places I went to before COVID reared it's ugly head, those were some good Chicken Balls I had. Though the last place I actually did go to just as things were getting bad was to Montana's don't know if that place exists in the states but I was with my mom, my friend and her mom and we were about to see an improv show but then that got cancelled so...we stayed at Montana's for dessert

Today I had self made lasagna! We have previously used this recipe a few times but it was the first time making it all by myself. Let me just say it slapped.

Quite filling though, I couldn't get more than a portion and a half before I felt bloated. At least there are still leftovers for tomorrow. I also had some baked bread with meatball slices earlier today which was a nice snack.

I pretty much had the biggest and weirdest dinner ever. I stopped by Popeyes on the way home and had a combo that had chicken tenders, fries, and a biscuit but after that I had some leftover Mac and cheese that I made two days ago. But I didn't stop there because I also had some chocolate chip cookies, coffee, and cough drops.

And I made my cheese stuffed crescent rolls, they were sooooo good I will definitely do it again, though dad wants to do it with wieners next time (if we do that then I'm going to have to get the pillsbury wiener wraps

I used the Pillsbury Crescents and stringable cheese to do the recipe, even though I did buy some mozzarella which I can easily slice and roll, but I think I might have to flatten the cheese if dad wants wiener wraps. I did tell dad next time I would probably try with pepperoni and try to duplicate a menu item Pizza Hut used to have

I had leftovers dinner today. Mashed potatoes, zucchini, and ham. It wasn't bad but after heating it up in the microwave it didn't taste as nice as it did the first time. There's certain foods that taste amazing as leftovers and then there's those foods that taste actually disgusting when you heat it up after. This would fall somewhere in the middle I guess.

We had rice with a chicken curry to go along with it. It was kind of last minute as some things popped up so we ended up having dinner around 9.15PM. Even for my standards that's pretty late.

It was great though! I love a good curry, really warms you up as you eat it.
