Well, I decided to take a break yesterday. I think I'll try to do something today. Maybe I can get a jersey, or maybe not. We'll see I guess.

Goodness gracious...I was looking at the recent results on the blue jeresies, those post counts are very low. I feel that even I could have made it competitive if I actively posted on this day. Remember back when the green jeresy was about having the most words within 1 hour? Those post counts are similar to the recent post counts for the blue jeresy. Yesterday's results didn't even break 30 posts.

gamerforlifeforever2 : Go for all 4 of the jerseys. Then do it tomorrow. And the next day, until the end of the month. 

Make this Tour de Vizzed interesting and go for the win. 

play4fun : I didn't really understand what was going on with blue yesterday. Maybe everyone didn't feel like it. 

play4fun : Not to mention that it's the summer too. I was actually looking at the boars stats page a few days ago and everything from this summer is a lot lower than last summer, in everything, posts, threads, views, etc..

Back when the green jersey was like that, people might have had more if a reason to post a lot, and since it was changed, there wasn't much of a need to make an insane amount of posts.

MattyIce gets two 7 pointers.

I really should have gone for the extra 3 posts. It was really slow, I think this is the first time in a while that 2 points were separated by just 3 posts

On the one side, I'm happy I got half the points I need to be in top 10 just yesterday. It allows me to take a break today and still have 3 days to score 9 more points.

On the other hand, I'm disappointed at the disadvantage we Europeans have in the TdV. I was in second place for Yellow, Blue and Red with two and a half hours to go, and check where I am now. Staying up to 4 AM could produce good results, but unless I stay awake beyond 6 AM I will get backstabbed like yesterday.

In Yellow, leggy took the chance to write barely 100 words and reclaim second position. I'm disappointed I wasn't able to open a bigger gap between him and me, but I must say even with those words I ended up burnt out. In Blue, I got passed by almost everyone, ending up just two posts away from claiming the jersey, which is kinda frustrating as it would have been my first ever Blue jersey, and who knows if the last one too. And in Red, I thought Ferdinand could pass me, but instead David went a step ahead and passed both of us by a small margin.

So close, but yet so far. I hope tomorrow I have better luck at competing.

Wow, no one in the blue jersey even reached 25 posts yesterday. The competition is so dead that I could probably get the blue jersey with barely any effort.

Maybe I'll change my mind and compete XD

Today, I'm focusing on winning a blue jersey. I may try to get another jersey as well, but for now, I want to add another blue to my collection.

It was yet another slow day, but I can't really lose any of my footing over the next couple of days, especially for Yellow. Instead of playing Minecraft like I planned on doing, I'll probably use these last 4 hours to try to get a few good posts in.

What... David... I was trying to get the blue jersey with the least effort as possible! How could you take it from me? lol

Seriously tho, the fact that you won blue with 22 posts, kind of crazy. 

EX Palen : You should definitely try to get into the top 10! It would be nice if nobody in the top 10 is perma'd this time.

I'm happy to see the blue jersey get much more activity than the past few days. Hopefully I'll have plenty of time to go for it tomorrow.

PacmanandMariofan : Definitely not a good day for that to happen though... (mainly because I'm trying to win it lol)

I had just noticed that I mathematically won the blue jersey a while ago. My 4th straight blue jersey and 5th overall and I'm pretty happy about that. I might be able to win the yellow jersey after tomorrows results as well.

Lol my intention yesterday was to try and solidify my lead once and for all since I figured most people were still tired it having been a double review day, when I'd mostly been taking it easy but then I ended up falling asleep in front of the computer so that ended up not happening... Suppose I'll just have to make use of these last few days then.

EXPalen: Yup that timezone difference sucks, it's just one of the reasons I probably wont ever try to win the TdV again. I really do think it would maybe be better to make the competition end a little bit earlier each day even if that may not make completely sense going by the server time since that would allow europeans as well as other people to compete more but I'm guessing that's probably never going to happen.
