Don't worry about the rules for any given game, all the cabins are doing is choosing the game. In the end, I will be making the rules, so it doesn't benefit any one team unfairly.

As for your idea, I confirm your choice is acceptable.

Donkey Kong it is!

All four teams have confirmed their games of choice with me, so with 30 minutes to the deadline, I will give you all the list of games, and the rules, so as to not take up a post in the Activities Thread.

Balloon Fight High Score
1. Must play in High Score Mode
2. Must Submit Score on Page
3. Obviously, this is straightforward, we've had enough of these that you should get it by now.

Donkey Kong High Score
1. Read above. Same rules.

Sonic 2 Speedrun
1. Must be done using high score mode.
2. When submitting, your SCORE will be what you submit. Below the score will be the time the plugin was in use for.
3. If you cannot complete the speedrun, your high score will be your score (however, anyone who does complete the speedrun will be given preference for first place).
4. Your screenshot should come after you finish the final boss. IE, Eggman should be exploding. It will look something like this


Punch-Out Speedrun
1. Same rules as above. Goal is to get to the end as fast as you can. If you cannot, you will be judged based on how far you got.
2. Video is required. This is to prove you didn't just enter a cheat code.

Pretty simple stuff, right? Any questions or concerns can be brought up with me. A reminder of what's on the line...

REWARDS (for each contest) - Individual
1st - 100 Points
2nd - 50 Points
3rd - 25 Points
4th - 10 Points
5th - 5 Points

Additionally, the top 5 in each contest will move on to the SUPER MEGA CHALLENGE MARATHON. If someone is top 5 in two or more contests, they will get one entry. As many as 20 people could be in the final challenge, as few as 5 could be. It all depends on who finishes where.

Again, the top 5 in EACH GAME GET A SPOT IN THE FINAL EVENT.

You do not have to play all of the games. You can play all four, you can play one, you can play none at all. But this is the best and final chance for you to score any points. Do not let this go to waste.

The deadline is a week from now, 8/20/15, at 12:00, midnight, EST.

I'm sorry to have to do this, but I'll need a video for proof of the Sonic 2 SpeedRun as well, as there's an exploit that would screw with this.

Alright, I have competed for Donkey Kong and got 45,300 points, placing me on place 51 overall for the highscore mode.

As you are the de facto captain of this team, make a post, submitting all of your team's submissions (make sure to check each RGR page just in case they forgot to post!)

There's no hard and fast deadline on this, but the sooner, the better.

Dang, I am the only who competed... Well, here's my submission of Donkey Kong anyways:


I've ended 51th place overall, so that's not too bad though.

If we still have time for today I'll try if I can do another game and if I make it in time I'll edit that submission into this post. If I'm not on time then it's just unlucky for me.

Edit: I managed to do Balloon Fight as well, here's my result:

I ended 20th place overall, but the number 19 had the exact same amount of points

Okay guys, so this time it's just me in the mega marathon finale. To be honest, I'm a bit sad that you didn't do anything yourselves, but it can't be helped now, so I'll try to do my best and make sure our team will end third place like Leggy said, that would be the best outcome for us now. If you have any tips about these games for me, or want to cheer me on, then I would like to hear about that

Sorry guys, I didn't manage to do any of the challenges because I had a very busy week. I wish I had more time, because I could've done something this weekend, but the other days it was nearly impossible for me to do something. Our final place depends on the other teams now.
