So, I really badly want to beat all of the Super Hostile maps by Vechs but haven't really had the time or motivation to do it before. However, I recently got back into them and started playing again and beat one of the maps in about a week. I was a bit shocked at how well I did at first and now want to try to beat them all.

I'm going to track my progress here as I do them. If I had an active youtube channel I might take the time to record but I don't have enough time and privacy to do proper recordings like that so I'll just play them and have fun that way. I also plan to keep people informed as to how I'm doing on each map as I work on it. I might not play each map straight through one at a time but instead I might have a couple going to take a break if I need one. Wish me luck

Also found a bunch of bows and arrows and iron swords and stuff. Things are looking up now Also found the orange, pink and purple wool's. Fell into the void at least twice (maybe 3 times). Starting intersection 2 next.

Not sure which map I'll do next. I've played a bit of Legendary and Spellbound caves before so I sort of want to do one of those next because I'll progress pretty fast. However, I'm dreading having to do Nightmare Realm. We'll see what I decide

I looked the map up on a wiki and this is what is supposed to happen. Weird. I have a feeling this map is going to be slower going. Have wood and wheat though so I have a food source

11 - Lethamyr - Found blue and pink wools. Died trying to get out of the pink wool area (shot off a ledge). Tried to find pink wool area and found the yellow wool dungeon. Died in there. Then found the pink wool dungeon again and got my stuff and brought back the pink and blue wools.

11 - Lethamyr - 2nd half of the same day - found light grey, cyan, purple (where I died at the very beginning) and green. I only found green because I overshot my home and ended up on the wrong side of a mountain. It all worked out though

11 - Lethamyr - forgot to update this last night - found all the wools except the red and black and got the gold block as well. Going for red and black tonight. Difficulty has been all over the place so I'm not sure how these 2 areas will play out.

11 - Lethamyr - HOLY CRAP. I think this was the hardest black and red wool areas I've had so far. Red wasn't too bad until the actual room with the wool in it. Then it got pretty crazy. The black felt hard from the moment I started onto the 2nd part of the dungeon and got harder the farther I went. Still super excited to be done this one. Definitely not a fan of the continent style but it was an interesting change of map style.

I'm still not sure which map to start next. I've got Legendary, Nightmare Realm and Spellbound caves all ready to play (they all have the same suggested version). I kind of wanted to beat those before moving on to Sunburn Islands, Inferno Mines or Waking Up since they require a different version.



Anyone willing to reply here for the first time and suggest a map?

10 - Spellbound Caves - I started this map last night (July 2nd). The starting area seemed safe until nightfall and I had to hide in a very small house I built in a panic. I did get the white wool and got up to the Victory Monument. I've done a bit of housekeeping stuff but that's all I've managed so far.

10 - Spellbound Caves - I've found the orange and magenta wools so far. I fell in lava and lost all the stuff I had trying to get to the orange wool which sucked. I also died starting into a new area so I grabbed my stuff and ran away and I stopped playing after that.
