Mine's a bit of a stretch, but, in pirated copies of Pokemon Fire Red/Leaf Green, speaking to the guy at the S.S. Anne will have him say "By the way, if you like this game, buy it, or die." At first I thought it was just a joke, and then I found out it was real, and I laughed so hard.

Juliaisme123 : I don't come across very many things in video games that are "funny" but I do find something funny in the Grand Theft Auto games. The only time I've ever found myself laughing while playing a game is when I'm driving in any GTA game, listening to the radio DJs. You can play any GTA game and listen to the radio and, before you know it, you'll probably be laughing in no time if you have a sense of humor. My favorite DJ from GTA is of course Lazlow. He is probably the funniest out of all of them.

The first time I completed the Ralis Sendryas quest line in Skyrim, after beating the dragon priest, in the animation in which Ralis gets up off the floor and walks out. he stayed on the floor and just kind of slid out of the area!

I think the funniest moments that I've seen in video games have been harmless glitches that just look way bizarre. I think the funniest one that I always recall to was when I was playing GTA IV with a friend online and we were driving to go do a mission when suddenly 5 cars just randomly spawned underneath our car and toppled us over causing our car to catch fire.

Do glitches count? If so then just the other night I was playing Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life, and one of my cows started glitching out like crazy. It was trying to walk two ways at once. xD So it would take maybe a half step one direction then turn instantly faced the opposite direction and took another half step. The end result was something that looked like a two headed cow with an extreme blur effect inching back and forth. Hard to explain, but hilarious to see.

The infamous helicopter corpse glitch in Skyrim(?) was pretty good too.

I have many funniest things to post, but I'll just post this one. This one pertains to The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask (TLoZ: MM3D).
In Majora's Mask (MM3D), after you beat Igos du Ikana and his two bodyguards, you get this cutscene where Igos du Ikana's bodyguards bicker and fight with each other. What really sells it is this quote:
