ok all of a sudden everytime i save the music slows way down and sounds like crap realy lol and every once and awhile the music slows down any reason why its doin this?

It sounds like your emulator didn't used to do that before, is that right, did games used to play fine?
Is Pokemon Emerald the only game having problems?

First easy solution, download VisualBoyAdvance (again if you already have it), put it in a new folder different to the other one and try playing games on the new copy.
If your old emulator used to work fine before though then maybe you installed something that is using up to much memory, or you might not have enough hard drive space left.

Ah, well then I can't help you with that. But check the website of the PSP GBA emulator, maybe the game isn't fully compatible yet.
The Pokemon games on GBA are very large and Emerald is probally one of the largest, it would require a high emulator compatibility to run properly.
