Id. Deserted Airstrip
A. Monster
This mission is pretty simple. All you must do is get into the monster truck and complete a winning time trial time. This is pretty easy as you have about 20 checkpoints and you get 6 minutes and 30 seconds. Just drive smoothly and calmly, but fast and you’ll be sure to win the level.
Ways to fail:
i. CJ gets killed
ii. CJ gets busted
iii. Monster is destroyed
iv. Time runs out
Rewards:
i. $1000-$5000 depending on your time
B. Highjack
In this mission, you are to steal a tanker that is driving down the highway with Cesar. Get the bike and pick up Cesar. After you have picked him up, you must drive quickly and get next to the tanker. Drive smoothly but close to the taker allowing Cesar to hop onto it and toss out the driver. From there Cesar will stop the tanker and you will be able to get in. Then, drive the tanker back to the Garage in Doherty.
Simply Put: Pick up Cesar on the bike. Drive next to the tanker and allow Cesar to jump up on top of it. Get into the tanker and drive it back to the Doherty garage.
Ways to fail:
i. CJ gets killed
ii. CJ gets busted
iii. Cesar is killed
iv. Tanker reaches destination
v. Tanker is destroyed

C. Interjection
In this mission, you must get some things for Mike Toreno by shooting down some police helicopters. Start by going and getting the rockets from the spot he has set out for you. Then, take any of the vehicles and drive to the top of the mountain. See the helicopter come in, and be ready to shoot down some police helicopters. As soon as the police helicopters come, soot them down as quickly as possible. As soon as they are all down, receive the package and take it back to the hideout.
Simply put: Get to the spot that Mike Toreno has set out for you. From there, get the rockets and drive up to the top of the mountain and await the helicopters arrival. When it arrives, wait for the police helicopters to get there. Then, shoot down the helicopters. When they’re down, take the package you are given and drive back to the hideout.
Ways to fail:

ii. CJ gets busted
iii. The helicopter is destroyed
Rewards:
i. $1000
D. Verdant Meadows
In this mission, all you have to do is to go and buy the deserted airstrip in Verdant Meadows. The strip costs $100,000 so make sure you have enough money. Head over there and buy it.

E. Learning to Fly

F. N.O.E
In this mission you are to fly a Rustler to Angel pines and deliver a package. However, you must stay under the radar the entire time, or else the FBI will come after you. Start off by getting in the plane and taking off. (You should be able to do this from Learning to fly (see III or above)) From there, you should fly to the right through the rocks and stay low. You will have to fly above the airport and above mountains, but stay as close as you can to the bottom of the screen as possible to not be spotted. When you get there, fly through the Aurora. Then, turn the plane around and go and land back on the deserted air strip, still keeping a low profile. HINT: Turning left and going over the water to angel pines is a lot easier, but may take more time.
Simply Put: Fly to the right or left and fly to angel pines. Don’t get spotted or you’ll be shot down by the US Air Force’s Hydras. Once you get to Angel Pines, turn around and fly back to the Deserted air strip.

G. Stowaway
In this mission, Toreno wants you to destroy the plane that has come for you and him. You must get a bike and jump onto the plane as it is taking off. Once inside, you must kill everyone inside by going down the aisles and shooting them. A good weapon will be needed for this. Once you get to the front, you will need to place a satchel charge to explode. When going through the plane, you should have picked up a parachute from a guard. Once you have it, set the charge and jump out of the plane. Open your parachute and drift down to Earth.
Simply put: Get onto the plane using the bike. Use a strong weapon to take everyone in the plane out. Set a satchel charge and jump out of the plane. (After getting the parachute) Open your parachute and drift and to Earth.

H. Black Project
In this mission you are to sneak into area 69. Start the mission by breaking into the facility, and then head over to the blast door opener. Make sure not to be spotted by anyone. When the control tower has been disabled, you must go out and bust the vent and jump inside. The door that holds the black project, so go and find the key card. Once you get the key card, you can go back to the black project and open up the door. You must shoot down all of the guards and get down to the black project. Once you get it, put it on and fly upwards, straight upwards. Fly the black project to the canyons and give it back to the truth. HINT: All of the guards have M4’s, the strongest weapon (shooter) in the game, so you should probably kill them to get this ammo. (They have about 4000 of it)
Simply Put: Get into area 69. Once inside, find the blast door. You will see that the door is locked, so go and bust one of the vents to get inside. Once inside, go to see that the door to the black project is locked, and go and find the key card. Once inside, kill all of the guards and get the black project. Fly straight up and go out to the canyon to give it to the truth.

iii. You don’t get into the compound in time
iv. Lose the jetpack

I. Green Goo
The truth wants some Green Goo, which is an amazing thing for CJ to risk his life for. To do this, you must use the jetpack (given to you) to get onto the train. When there, shoot all of the boxes and guards until you destroy the box with the jar of green goo in it. Once you have found it, fly back to where the truth is hiding and give it to him.
Simply put: Get onto the train using the jetpack. Kill all of the people and destroy all of the boxes. Get the jar of green goo from the box and fly it back to the truth.
Ways to fail:
i. CJ gets killed
ii. CJ gets busted
iii. The train gets away
Rewards:
i. Verdant meadows becomes an asset
ii. Unlocks use of the jetpack
iii. $20,000
