Omega Ruby team:

Sceptile (Solitude): My starter, I had other pokemon planned to join my team but after seeing how it would take I while to find any of them I kept going. By the time I beat the Mauville gym he was at level 30 and was still the only member. So far it's the only pokemon On my team I can mega-evolve

Ninjask (Booster): I had a Nincada since before my first badge, but it was initially an HM slave for Cut. Running over my options as I had Solitude, I recalled how a Ninjask can be used in battle. Able to raise stats constantly and use baton pass to grant it's abilities to fellow teammates, I decided to begin training Nincada and soon made him my honorary second member. Recently I was able to use the move forgetting man to get rid of cut and now Booster has an ideal move set for the rest of the journey.

Lairon (Chrom): After using my HM slave Makit to get deeper into Granite cave I finally got my Aron. Took a while, but he eventually got enlisted into the team. He has his quick claw with him, and soon he may get an eviolite until his evolution.

Camerupt (Fuji): At that point I realized Lavaridge was coming up and we all were extremely flammable. I picked up a Numel for this, and it's nature is along the lines of more sp. attack, less speed. Naturally it wasn't the best option, considering while it WAS a ground type, it was also another fire type itself. And naturally he's not the only Numel/Camerupt in the world. But dang, it is awesome right now.

Sharpedo (Crusher): This one has a TON of backstory. I picked up Carvanha and thought it would be a nice addition, but I soon faced many problems. The dang fish never stopped getting knocked out. I actually spent a majority of the game resetting after a Crusher loss because I'm sure the thing would hate me otherwise. Fortunately Makit had surf before-hand seeing we needed surf to get it in the first place and our HM slave could learn that for some reason... Then came the holy day Crusher evolved, the first thing he did was lose to Magma admin Tabitha... where do I begin??? So is Crusher the best member? No, he's probably the weakest of the 6. But don't count him out, especially with a Booster back-up once he learns waterfall and gets a Kings Rock. Or megastone, cause apparently I have 4 mega-evolvers in this team. And another thing, in the post game you are given a Camerupt and Sharpedo... CRAP.

Froslass (Unnameable): I actually just took this one from Y, lent it to a friend, and he gave it back to me in OR. She was around the same levels as the rest of the team, so it could do.

Now I'm at the Magma Base in Lilycove, and there's a whole crap-load of water ahead, I'm wondering why I'm stopping team Magma when I hate all that swimming, Fuji's probably gonna become underdeveloped, but I'ma do all this crap anyways. Cause the future.

My Alpha Sapphire team consists of

-Sceptile (Sayla). Decided to pick up a Treecko, since Blaziken is overused and I already had plans for a water type at the time. Used the little 'trick' where you level up treecko to 21 before evolving into grovyle, so it gets giga drain. She's currently holding the Sceptilite to mega evolve when needed.

-Haryama (Droy). Just needed something to train alongside Sayla to prevent it from getting too high leveled. Haryama seemed like a good option. He's very bulky in special defense thanks to the EV training I did with him and also thanks to his naturally high hp. Gave him the rocky helmet to break any stupid sturdy or whatever and just do damage to things like skitty with double slap or something.

-Mawile (Blossom). This thing is a beast. After I got the mawilite (my first mega stone in the game), I really felt like I could use one. So I traded for one at the GTS, and started to breed one with a good nature. With her mega evolution she is the hardest hitter on the team.

-Azumarill (Forgot its nickname :V ). I don't even know why I got it, but it's been a great help. Hits hard and can take a hit. I think he just has the mystic water.

-Glalie (Sergio). Little bit of an inside joke for its name. I've always wanted to use one, and I loved the design for its mega evolution. When I finally got one (took like 8 eggs before the snorunt was male), I was really excited. I had it learn Freeze-Dry and just #rekt all the water routes. After getting the mega stone he turned from a monster into a beast. Mega glalie is by far my favorite mega evolution out there.

-Latias ([insert the name of the girl I'm with]). Latias is her favorite pokemon, so when given the option I just went for it. It's been a great addition and help. Great special attack and defense. Great moveset. The mega evolution is nice too.

Nightshade is not my first Absol, I've used others, but she's my favorite by far, and her moveset and Magic Bounce while Mega allows her to sweep pretty well, despite her low defenses.

A basic offensive attack, devastating against any opponent who doesn't resist it.
Sucker Punch
Takes out almost any foe who out speeds her, and does even more base damage than Night Slash

An incredible specimen, with high speed, special attack, and special defense, he counters fighting and has the general power of fire types, not to mention the rocky helmet making physical attacks a costly option at the least.

Good, reliable STAB move, counters fighting
