(WARNING!:There may be a bit of bias, because sonic 2 is my favorite sonic game, and I'm a huge sonic fan.)Alright, this game IS pretty easy. You have unlimited lives, and can really just keep trying until you get bored. Granted, I didn't get bored, but that's most likely because I'm a huge sonic fan. You can play as sonic or tails, but tails doesn't have his normal hover ability like I'm the rest of the sonic games. But here's the really cool thing: it's not doesn't just have sonic 2 bosses, it also has every boss from sonic 1, including the final boss of both games, which justifies the non-flight thing. But it is also pretty short, I beat it in about half an hour, and I was doing pretty terribly. For reference, there's a ranking system at the end, and I got an F ranking. The point is, it's a fun distraction to play if you're a sonic fan.

Pikbounder : Well, I went back to some of the classic sonic games after playing through Sonic Generations back when it came out and tried Sonic 1 & 2. Though I can see why Sonic 1 has it's place in history, I can't help but feel like Sonic 2 (though I didn't play through all of it) was a bit better, maybe it's because of the introduction of a second character and a new move, I don't know.
