Hmm...tricky one. I'd have to say Zelda - Twilight Princess. I know it's getting on a bit now, but it in my mind is a fantastic game. It took a new take on the Zelda franchise and allowed us to use some of our favourite items, such as the bow and grappling hook with the Wii Remote.
