This show is a closer to current time that most Future Sci Fi series.

What are your thoughts on this show? I think it's new, and interesting. I hated waiting 9 months for Season 2 to start.

I freaking love Defiance! I kept seeing trailer's for it last spring and couldn't wait for it to debut. It's such a fresh and fun take on what would happen if aliens came (or were forced to come) to Earth. 

Irisa is by far my favourite. I love her character and personality so much. Her father/daughter relationship with Nolan is one of my favourite things about the show. And yeah, the wait between season's is brutal. Hopefully it gets picked up for a 3rd season.

Fishergirl7 : I think I have only watched the first 2 episodes of Season 2. I can't watch it each week because my aunt hogs the TV, and only likes her Westerns, or her shows on MyTV. So, I watching it on Hulu, but I can't use Hulu anymore. Anything extremely exciting happen yet, without giving out spoilers?

thing1: I haven't seen the whole season yet myself. The finale aired on Syfy in the US, but in Canada we still have two episodes left. So far, some fairly big things have happened and there has been some surprising character developments. Nolan and Irisa's relationship changes somewhat. Character's return. Character's die...of course with Defiance, that happens in every episode. I know something pretty big goes down in the finale but I've been trying to avoid spoilers...unfortunately I just seen something on twitter I wish I hadn't.
