itd be kinda same ol' same ol' if aeris was resserected. i mean honestly, isnt that what like everyone thinks is gonna happen? well, all i know is that square is above that. so if aeris really does come back, cloud will prolly fall back in love with tifa again, and cause conflict between he n aeris. just a thought

I know the two times that Sepairoth dies, and I say Aeris is gonna be revived. Why else would they be makeing a sequal to a game that was sold 5+ years ago, except to say, "Fine. That's it, we gotta explain the whole Aeris, Cloud, and Sepairoth thing again, 'cause people didn't get it the first time..." And why do you think it's in movie form, and not a game? It's 'cause there'll be little left to explain once the hour and a half movie is over!

The movie will just rock, I think that you can get Aeris back, I think that you have to do some code thingie, and there is no need for explaining the movie if you are a big fan of FFVII, just a little explaining for the non-ones but still, they'll have a lot of action and OH BOY, havn't you just wanted to sit back and watch Clouds story unfold? I have, the story is great, it is just delayed when you fight a lot of that's about it....I love the FF stories!!

If she is revived it will be in an unexpected way. Also was he ever really in love with Tifa? She was with him, but I am not sure he ever was with her. He was in love with Aeris. It is really hard to figure it out, but it has been a few years since I played the game.

Also it was kinda impossible to figure out everything. I don't think they are making it into a movie because of that. That would be insulting their fans. I think they just felt that a movie would best represent what they wanted to show this time.

He loved Tifa but it was more of a protection thing, like best friends. Not love as in get with... Maybe there making it a movie because this way everyone sees the same thing. Nothing of the story is left out. So it doesn't matter. There are someparts in the game you can skip. But in a movie nothing is left out. Maybe thats why.

Well, ignoring any stuff about how predictable it would be if she was resurrected… I’d have resurrected her just ‘cause she’s so sweet, and as a guy I am like, *SUPER* protective of women. I know there are some girls who don’t like guys who are like that, but I’ve had one girl-friend of mine die on me in a flash like that…and I know I’d resurrect her in a heartbeat. Um… I’m gonna stop here on this one.

Sorry about that dude, I would as well if that were to happen to me, I'd nearly want to kill myself, but it's against my morals and I would definately not go to heaven to meet her if I were to suicide, I'd go the opposite way. Isn't that right?

I'm surprised at how many people responded to this. I'm sure the original poster didn't expect much conversation about this. Well, I know I wouldn't at least lol. Anyways, I personally would not revive her. She was a nice character and all but yeah...I like the way the storyline went, although they could have been a bit more creative in the way she died.
