I think both are dumb but i like facebook way better than myspace in my opinion.

I go with what sirloopert said there both dumb but facebook's better. Especially since there's no stupid teenagers who have names like "Sexytina" or "hotgirllook4bf" I mean come on!

I think myspace is a little better because you can really modify your profile with your favorite theme (mine being zelda twilight princess).

Someone care to explain why Facebook is better because Myspace and Facebook appear to be the same exact thing to me.

And yeah, Myspace actually is better privacy wise because they don't exploit your personal information like Facebook does. Facebook should be hiding peoples names not exposing them... good way to invade privacy Myspace does the same but you can lie on there more then you can on Facebook.

But they both seem the same to me. Applications or not they are both a site when you post your personal data and that I find is a bad thing to do period.

On top of that, you got sites that use bots which steal your photos and replicate them and all your information and yeah... pretty bad idea I think that is why I stopped using them long time ago.

I'd have to say Facebook. I just prefer the layout.

because my space is like idk more random people can look at your stuff but face book you can choose who looks at your stuff.....

myspace kicks facebooks lilly white ass!!! facebook sucks.you can't do anything.it's way more complex to control then myspace,on myspace you don't have capchas on EVERYTHING!myspace actually has playlists.its just better

Hah marcloe - I spend half my life on facebook and I think I've done a captcha twice. I go on myspace maybe once a week and I've had to do at least 5.
Also I can't see what is more complex, facebooks way of standing out is the ease of use and speed of everything.
Obviously I like facebook a lot more.
Way easier/faster (Myspace is way too slow)

And all the extras on myspace are no match for the sites dedicated to them so I don't need them.

Facebook by far. Myspace's ads are annoying and I find Facebook to be much more user friendly.

First of all, Why do you care if anyone has your info? No one is gonna come and rape, rob, kill you. NO ONE. The chances of that are so low, quit crying. All this info you post on their is pretty general also. I can look up your adress, birthday, age and house phone with enough work. Second, how does Facebook exploit your personal info??? Explain plz.

Facebook is better because it's not about what your page looks like it's about YOU. It's easier to find people on Facebook also, almost impossible for Myspace it seems. I use FB just to keep up with my friends and teachers and such.

You must not be a fan of privacy? Internet privacy should be a #1 priority. To think otherwise well then you got a lot to learn. This isn't about people coming to your house and raping you it's identity theft, spam, and distribution of material that should not be distributed. I've seen several sites that index peoples private information, what they look like, etc... and it all comes from places like Facebook and Myspace whether you have privacy enabled or not.

Do you realize that lots of businesses now look at your "myspaces" or "facebooks" before hiring you?

Do you even realize the potential of insiders who exploit peoples personal information for corporations as big as those?

Do you realize that corporations as big as these are major threats for scammers and spammers?

If 90,000 pedofiles on myspace doesn't ring a bell about the kind of people who roam those sites then that is sad. Though it might seem like a longshot for that to happen to you, that just goes to show what kind of people are on those sites.

I can see Facebook in the future, they will want your finger prints and eye scans then when that happens you basically dug yourself a hole in the system have fun

It depends on who you are I guess... if you don't give a crap about your privacy then have fun with it. Indexing info about yourself just is a bad idea altogether there is no point in it except to exploit it.

Myspace has tons of games, that's really all I know.

Both sites have the same features. I prefer Facebook because a lot more of my old school friends have an account on Facebook.

I use myspace only to promote my band. Facebook is better because it looks more organized and it has tons of apps.
