This is a tough one but I will go with the others:

In the first situation I can't control my car and if I have to choose I pick one person over 5, simply because you kill less people.

Although that would be almost the same case in the second situation it's not you this time but a fat man that decides the number of death. If you push the man, you save 5 people but you have murdered somebody. I could never murder somebody, even when it would save 5 other people. I will go with letting the 5 people die here.

hmm... I would go for letting the one man die in the first scenario, because well:
- I can't stop the trolley car
- I have no intention of murdering people
- Less people should die due to such accident

One man should die rather than the five man

For the second scenario I wouldn't push the fat man(my decision wasn't this one before) :
- The car will definitely hit the five people
- Pushing the fat man will stop the car
-Pushing the fat man is murdering him
- I can't murder him

Don't push the fat man, because the car will definitely hit the five people regardless of whether it stops or not(It can stop right at the millisecond after it hits the people , after all the car has to definitely hit the five people)

The logic doesn't hold up, not because me not pushing the fat man will keep the amount of death from 6 to 5 which is less, but because the roles are fundamentally different.

I hope my arguments were both valid and sound in context of logic
