Cosmos is one of the better shows I have ever seen.

I love the cartoons they have to go along with the stories. It really helps paint the picture of that situation/timeframe. Even without that, the show is loaded with information. Not just about space, but everything... the origin of language, writing, religion, many concepts. etc.

It really helps put our whole time here on Earth in perspective. I love the Cosmic Calender. Yeah... everything about the show is amazing.

The underlying theme I get from the show is to be open to any and all kind of thinking. The world has been set back from ideas not being able to flow freely.... (Womens rights, religious persecution, poverty..) It also has another theme which i won't mention...

I would recommend this show to anyone, anywhere, any age.

I agree dragoo. I am surprised that there are not a lot more people who watch the show. I have seen some of the older Carl Sagan episodes and enjoy those as well. And thank you eideticmemory for the link : )
