The only one that I have ever played, so by default, by favorite, is Doom 3. I liked the graphics in BFG Edition a little more though.

Silent Hill as I like the fog effects as you don't know exactly what is in front of you. I showed it to my dad and be could barely last 5 minutes. Though that was 8 years ago so it isn't as scary to me as it was back then and I haven't played it since then so I don't know how well it is compared to games like Outlast and Amnesia.

Most of the time I'm too scared to play horror games, but I do have little experience of playing some. My favourite has to be Silent Hill 2. I went back to it after ten years of being scared of those damned nurses and luckily I can say that I've overcome my fear by now. Also, the game was full of suspense but not so that I couldn't play it anymore. Being scared is always fun in small amounts! I could go on an on about the story and soundtrack and how awesome they are but those who've played it know certainly what I mean.
