Oh god...Another legendary?

I HATE LEGENDARY'S Reviewing them at least.For people who are unaware,I hate,HATE. Reviewing legendary Pokemon with a passion.Its not that i don't have fun testing them,(Well i don't As they take to long to level) Its just that there to...good,If there to good i can't complain.I can't put any real passion in to the review. And there's no balance between the review and a good bit of humor.Although there is an upside,I get a crap ton of replys.And private messages for me to review more legendary's so i guess that's the price and reward of reviewing these things.As a wise anime once said.

And if only i had the grammar skills of Alphonse Elric.Anway lets get this review over with.And as i always say before i review legendary's.This review may seem a bit short.Although i don't have alot to work with here so...Eh

At the start Regigigas can have...Alot of moves all at random *Facepalm* You all know the drill.

Fire punch
Ice punch
Dizzy punch
Thunderpunch
Knock off
Confuse ray
Foresight.

Now before i tell you my thoughts on these moves.Interesting little fact.If you do not set This Pokemon's level to at least 25 before you test it.The game will crash..Yeah i don't get it either.I use mods for my testing (Only to get the Pokemon i need at level 1,Don't worry i am not cheating) But for some reason i could only begin testing Regigigas at level 25.Weird.Anyway All of the punches are good.Knock off is...decent,I'l give it that.Confuse ray sucks.And foresight is laughable.So just pray to god that you get all of the punches.Or at least one of them.As they will carry you through most of the game.

Revenge,25: Ah revenge,Quite an under rated move in my opinion.revenge has a base attack damage of 60 and has 100% accuracy.However its power is doubled if the user has taken damage,Do the math.Now normally i would say that this move does not work with this Pokemon because of how fast it is but-HA HA HA HA HA.Sorry,Just wait until we get to its ability.

Wide Guard,40: This move basically protects the users Pokemon from aoe (Area of effect) Attack moves.such as earthquake and surf.Its a decent move when used right.However its a bit situation oriented.As such it could be used in competitive play.But based on my testing its not that good here.

Zen Headbutt,50: This move has a base attack damage of 80 and has 90% accuracy,To top it all off.This move has a 20% chance of making the target flinch,Awesome sauce.The accuracy rating makes me a little turned off.But it rarely ever missed,So go ahead and take it.

Payback,65ayback has a base attack damage of 50 and has 100% accuracy.Its damage doubles to 100 if the user moves after the target.This moves works PERFECTLY with this Pokemon and once again you will figure out after we get to the ability,However its not optimal.its just a fun move to use with the Pokemon.

Crush Grip,75: This move damage varies between 1-120 and has 100% accuracy,Its damage varies on the targets health.The more health the target has,The more damage this will do,This is very situation oriented.However its not horrible,So take it if you want.

Heavy slam,90: This move damage varies between its weight and has 100% accuracy.Ugh...Alright i don't know the exact mechanics on how this move works.But just based on Regigigas...Yeah i would say this does alot of damage.However i will put a link to the move down below.

Giga Impact,100:This move has a base attack damage of 150 damage and has 90% accuracy,finally you have to recharge next time after using this move,This move is...very good,Screw the recharge time you are a freaking LEGENDARY.Go ahead and take it.

Stats

Hp,110: Very powerful.Very effective.And very obese.

Attack,160: YES,So powerful.Look at it,You can blow anything away using this stat.At least after 5 turns...I will get to that later,Just enjoy this stat and go wild with it.

Defense,110: This is very effective,Especially coupled with the HP stat.Lovely and intoxicating.

Sp.Atk,80: ?Alright.This stat sucks,But it does not matter.Because we do not have to many special attack moves,So this stat is pretty worthless,But at least it can't weigh us down.

Sp.Def,110:Flamethrower? PFFT. Thunderbolt? *Shrug* Get the point? This is awesome.

Speed,100: This is a good stat,Once again AFTER 5 turns!

Now this Pokemon is very awesome for this one thing.It has one weakness.Fighting...That is incredibly awesome,You will not have to worry about anything else.Especially with that defense stat...not really much else i can say,There are so many ways to counter that type.Flying psychic,Anything really.

ABILITY TIME,Yeah you know all of the "AFTER the 5 turn" Gags i was talking about,Well here is what i was talking about.For 5 turns Regigigas speed and attack is HALFED to 100 and 50...what?...WHAT!? That sucks.That really really sucks.Why would they think of this ability? It makes no sense.Regigigas is considered one of the WORST legendary's And even though i don't exactly agree with that.I will admit that this is this Pokemon major flaw.

Leveling..Its slow.Its really.Really slow.

Yeah i am not even going to explain.This set makes no sense..At all,But consider this.Your a legendary...ITS PRACTICALLY AUTO WIN,Do you really think you need a perfect set for this Pokemon? No.You don't.But if you guys have any suggestions,Just tell me in the little comments down below.Plus this things tms and hms suck,So there's that.

Gyms Rival And elite 4

I Have to do this...? Really? I mean your a legendary.What the heck do you have to worry about.

Asura: What's that thing you said before? "Every Pokemon should have a fair chance,And should have a fair review before i either praise it,Or destroy it"

Relinquish: Whatever.

Gyms: This Pokemon is going to MOW down gyms.Unless its a fighting type gym,That is when you will have to actually think.Other than that it should be a breeze.

Rival : Nothing...This guy (Or girl) Is nothing now,Don't even worry about it,Unless he has a fighting type of course.

Elite 4: uh...Should you take this guy to the elite 4...Maybe,Just maybe.Perhaps if you wan't to have a fun time.But i would not take it in a serious play through,As really it was just dead weight to me.

Final thoughts:

Should you take Regigigas...sure.

It has a rather lacking and somewhat demotivating moveset,I say that in a sense that you don't really feel powerful after you gain another move until level 80.

Its stats are rather effective,Its ability however.I have talked to much about it,And i will just shut up.

Its tms and hms are a mess.With only a few effective ones under its belt.And it learns no move that can protect you from your weakness well...maybe aerial ace.

And the a.i is a joke.

How can i describe Regigigas? Its basically like opening a booster pack of cards from...uh..Yu-Gi-Oh Or Magic the gathering,Or whatever.And finding the COOLEST RAREST CARD EVER.The problem is it just does not work with your deck all that well,It does not resonate or Synergize with your cards all that well.And really its just dead weight,But you put it in your deck anyway because it looks cool,And overtime you realize that it does not strengthen your deck,But actually weakens it.That's it. For you traders and collecters out there.Its going to be awesome.But really there is not much of a point to getting it.As there are much better Pokemon out there.this leads me to giving Regigigas an overall score of.

Regigigas does not earn the Agent Of Awesomeness badge.If only because of that awful ability.Also this is the lowest rating i have ever given to a legendary...man.How does that feel buddy.

For alternate Pokemon recommendations i refer to:

1.Snorlax: Classic,And a very worthy addition to most party's.
2.Heracross: As Heracross is strong enough to lead a team.
3.Tyranitar: This Pokemon is a much better choice and is a legendary in its own right

As for Pokemon that can be paired in a party with this guy well.

1.Hydreigon:As this Pokemon can pick up the slack,And save most teams.
2.Skarmory: An easy defense agaisnt your weakness.
3.Alakazam: A decent stream of damage.

Good review, you definitely put some effort into this. However?the information you gave us is wrong.

-Zen Headbutt can't confuse, only flinch.
-Payback has 50 base power, and 100 with the effect.
-Knockoff is really handy, 65 base power and double that if it holds an item. (+ getting rid of the item) [though this is only in gen 6]
-Revenge always works with the effect (-1 speed priority), unless the foe is using some item, move or ability that makes it go last.

-Also, 160/2 isn't 100 but 80.

Nice review though, I am glad you explained while you feel this way about your review, I like to try and keep my reviews balanced as well by discussing the strong points, and the areas that are weak and could use improvement, but considering these are legendary pokemon, they are all pretty powerful and good in their own way which makes it difficult to find a median between good and bad. 

As for the review, I think this pokemon has some really good stats that can be put into good use, like revenge and giga impact which are both useful, and I agree that giga impact is worth learning, considering its limited move pool, you might as well learn it since it is powerful, shouldn't be a big deal if you have to recharge because you can just fall back on regigigas high defense! 

Overall great review even though you don't like reviewing legendaries.
