I'm going to post this here to do some tinkering, as well as working on an alternative possibly.
The purpose of elongating this post is to see whether the shadow I have dropped on the text allows for everything behind the text to be shaded in black, therein allowing it to be legible even on a white background. Previous experiments with this sort of design lead me to believe that it will in fact work that way. From here I will test to see if I can get the invisible text box to properly allow the text to reach the bottom of the screen, and then scroll out of the box naturally. In order to do this, I will need to type gibberish for the rest of this post. [Check Complete]

edit at this point im pretty happy with it once I can decide on a color for the text im probably done only issue is red doesn't work cause it blends in with Arsene lighter colors don't work cause of the glare on a bit of jokers outfit and so my only option is to find a different red or a shade of gold that works cause of the P5R logo lol.

Testing a new layout

Edit, came out pretty good. I wanted the text box and font to closely replicate Wind Waker's dialogue box. The custom text box was created by me (using Krita, its apart of the image). Finding the exact font used in the game is gonna be hard and possibly not compatible with vizzed.

Honestly not a fan of the layout code I ended up using since Davids is honestly better but couldn't figure out his on how I want it so back to some really old code that I used to use.

supercool22 : Made a couple modifications for you so if you don't want to make those changes just copy your post header under edit to your layout code to update what you have.

I have made textbox slightly smaller 37% from 43% while adding 30px of padding on left and right. Had to make the textbox smaller to accommodate for that.. I swear padding used to do where text was only but when I was testing it didn't change anything so I did padding-left and padding-right to make the changes which resulted in the textbox moving a little.
