Yes, bacon is my favorite. Canadian Bacon, Streaky Bacon, Fresh Bacon... all bacon except artificial bacon found in cheap Caesar salads.

My favourite meat is haslet, which originates (in Britain, at least) in a place called Lincolnshire. It isn't one of the best known, so my second fave is pork. Nice taste which goes well with almost anything on a Sunday Roast menu.

I prefer venison. (Deer Meet.) Preferably not from a store, but from a hunter. But if it has to be one from the list that you gave I would pick beef.
