You are missing a lot of types of meat, and sheep should really be lamb. Sheep isn't typically eaten because its quite tough, but lamb is much more tender.

Well, I am not a big fan of meat, really, I hate pretty much all meat. Now, there are a couple of meats that I don't hate as much as others, those being beef and chicken. Of those two, chicken is my favorite as it isn't as chewy and tough and is just better overall in my opinion.

Lets see...I'm just coming off the carnivore/herbivore thread, so I'll try not to repeat anything here. When it comes to meat, honestly I can't choose just one. I like bacon, burgers, steak, chicken, ham just the same. I love to eat my proteins, especially fish. I'm more of a fish than a meat guy. But since we're just talking about meat here, I guess I'll go with steak as my favorite. You might not like this, but I especially like steak when its bacon-wrapped. Its impossible for that not to taste good.

I loooooooooooooooooooooove me some beef burgers. If they done right, then they even better. Nothing beats Saturday night loneliness depress than a good burger. 
Now if you wanna get fancy, make your own good burger spice blend, use two grilled cheese sandwiches as buns, lettuce, tomato, onions, a fried egg, some BBQ sauce, mozzarella cheese, bacon, Taylor Ham, Pineapple, mushrooms, Tomato sauce.....it's worth trying
