Do you get a lot of snow in your area? If you do you can always shovel driveways for 10$-20$. If it's really heavy snowfall like 20 - 30 cm you might even be able to get 50$ for the big driveways. My friend and I do this all the time and if you're fast and fit then you can make the money pretty quickly.

Another idea is to sell things. I have a huge amount of now pointless items in my basement (they're play toys for little kids). If I sold that stuff, I'd probably be a millionaire... or at least get 25,000 USD if everything was sold.

I realize that there are a few casino games that actually do require a teensy bit of strategy. Those are poker and blackjack, which also happen to be the funnest to play. If you really are going to try to gamble, you should try blackjack, but don't go overboard with betting.

Of course, there are a few states (like Utah, where I live) that don't actually have casinos, so you have to go drive into another state if you wish to gamble.

Really simple solutions are things llike cutting the grass, cleaning cars, washing windows and painting fences. There is a guarantee of money there, although it wont be big bucks.
And as stated, one mans junk is anothers treasure, if you have stuff lying around that you dont need or want, sell it. Online, garage sale/carboot sale, whatever.
Cleaning peoples rooms/houses etc is also, viable, walking peoples dog's, doing peoples shopping.
If you want to do something more like work from home etc you could try buying stuff cheap and selling it on, you can make decent money that way.
The website thing is highly unlikely to make you money though.
