All right, let’s talk about what items you can find lying in the ground and where you can find them. First of all, TM’s and HM’s will not be included in the list and some of these items may require the use of the Dowsing Machine

For the first couple of towns and routes, there is not really anything worthwhile to stop for, the real fun begins once you enter Santalune Forest. At the very entrance to the forest, you will spot a Potion.? Inside the forest, you will also find two more Potions, as well as an Antidote and a Poke Ball.

In Route 3, there is a Revive, however this item is not available until you learn Cut because the item is just beyond the tree. You can also find a Super Potion located just south of the stairs. Santalune City is pretty much empty except for a Super Potion that can be found in the flower bed of the building that is at the top of the stairs all the way on the western point of the city.

Route 4 is a gold mine for items, there’s just so many to be found in this location. None of the items are hidden so you don’t have to worry. In the lower half of the route, you will find a Super Potion, a Great Ball, and a Repel. In the north side of the route, which is located past the fountain, you can find an Antidote, a Poison Barb, a Net Ball, and an Ether.

In Lumiose City, speak to the pink haired lady in the PR Studio to receive a Lens Case. Speak to the man on the second floor of the Pokemon Lab to receive 5 Luxary Balls. Go to the ShutterBug Caf? and enter the building that is located right across the street. The girl on the couch will give you a Quick Claw. On the second floor, by talking to the men, you will receive three Quick Balls and three Timer Balls.

There are four different items to find on Route 5. There are two Super Potions, which are attainable by grinding the rails with your Roller Skates. You can also find an Oran Berry Tree, an X Attack, and a Sharp Beak. The use of Cut is required to receive the Sharp Beak.

There are a ton of items to find in Camphrier Town. The man standing near the Pokemon Center will give you an Ultra Ball and the lady near the fountain will give you a Berry Juice. The man in the Hotel Camphrier Lobby will give you a Full Heal and you can receive Sp. Atk. Lv. 1 from Mr. Bonding on the second floor of the hotel.

The woman in one of the northern houses will give you a Sweet Heart and on the top floor of Castle Shabboneau you can find an Escape Rope. Other items that can be found in this town include an X Attack and a Star Piece.

On Route 6, you can find an X Sp. Atk. There are a ton more items on this route, but the rest can only be acquired after returning from Parfum Palace. Items that you may find include a Super Repel, an Awakening, an Aguave Berry Tree, an Ultra Ball, an Antidote, an X Speed and a Paralyze Heal.

Once you reach route 7, you want to head south to the Berry Fields. The man will give you 5 Oran Berries, 5 Pecha Berries, and a Sprinkletoad. Also in the Berry Field, you can find a Miracle Seed. Other items that you may find along this route include an X Spec. Def, a PP Up, Silver Powder, a Perism Berry Tree, and a Tiny Mushroom.

Next up is the cliff portion or route 8. Here, the first item that you can spot is an HP Up.? Further down the route you will spot a Water Stone, however, Strength will be required to move the boulder blocking it out of the way. Only 2 other items can be found in this area which are the Leaf Stone and Heart Scale.

Now you are in Ambrette Town. Head to the second floor of Hotel Ambrette to receive Sp. Def. Power Lv. 1 from Mr. Bonding. The Fisherman in the lower level of the Aquarium will give you an Old Rod. Near the exit to route 9, a lady will give you a Rocky Helmet. In the beach area just to the left of the city, you will find a Pearl.

On route 9, you will find 4 items. These items are X Defense, Paralyze Heal, Fire Stone, and Dusk Ball. The Dusk Ball can be found by continuing down the path after the entrance to Glittering cave.

There are two main items that can be found in Glittering cave. These items are the Hard Stone and the Escape Rope. By using Rock Smash, there is a chance that you may find either Old Amber, Helix Fossil, or Cover Fossil. Then, you can receive either the Jaw Fossil or the Sail Fossil from the scientist in the lower level.

Next you can head down to the beach area of route 8. There are three items that you can find here. The first two of these items are the Mago Berry Tree and the Heart Scale. The Heart Scale may only be acquired after Surf is learned. The other item is the Dowsing Machine which will be given to you from a swimmer.

Next is Cyllage City which houses a ton of items. The man located in the first house on the right will give you a Whipped Dream. In the house directly behind the Pokemon Center, speak to the girl and answer her questions to receive 3 Perism Berries. A woman on the second floor of Hotel Cyllage will give you a Destiny Knot. Also on the second floor of the hotel, you can speak to Mr. Bonding to receive a Prize Money Power Lv. 1

The next 2 items both require Surf. The first item is a Charti Berry which is given to you by a boy in a house located on a small island. There is another small island in this area where you can find a Pearl. In the northern part of the city, there is a bench that hides a Super Potion. Other items that can be found in the city include? X Defense and X Sp. Atk.

Now we go on to roye 10. ?First off, as soon as you enter route 10, you will find an Ipapa Berry Tree. There are also 3 other items that you can find in this route which include a Mind Plate, an X Accuracy, and a Thunder Stone.

Geosenge Town has 4 main items. In the southern part of the town you can find Soft Sand and from the second floor of the Hotel Marine Snow, you receive Speed Power Lv. 1 from Mr. Bonding. You can also find a Timer Ball behind the hotel and the scientist in the cabin near the Pokemon Center will give you an Everstone.

As soon as you enter route 11 you will spot a Sitrus Berry Tree. By checking the crystal by the stairs, you will find a Super Potion. Also, south of the entrance to the cave you will find a Hyper Potion.

Next is the Cave of Reflection, which houses a ton of stuff. In the first area of the cave, there are three items that you can find. These items are a Nest Ball, a Revive, and a Moon Stone. In the next level of the cave you can find another 4 items. These items include a Black Belt, an Escape Rope, a Hyper Potion, and an Iron. The last item that you will find is the Earth Plate which can be found in the lowest level.

Lastly, near the entrance to the Tower of Mastery, you can find a Max Ether lying around.

There are 5 main items to be found in route 12. The first is an Aspear Berry Tree which is located south of the entrance to the route and requires Cut. Near the entrance to the farm, you will find a Whipped Dream. North of the farm, you can also find a Shiny Stone. To reach both the Shiny Stone and the Whipped Dream, you must use a Skiddo. A total of 5 items can be found in Azure Bay. The first item is a Deep Sea Tooth which can be found on the small island that can be seen from the route. On the same island, you can also find a Deep Sea Scale. If you head all the way to the northwestern part of the bay, there will be a little sand area where you can find a Dive Ball. Along the eastern edge of the bay, you will find another small island where you will find a Big Pearl. Lastly, near the entrance to the Sea Spirit’s Den, you can find a Splash Plate.

Next is Coumarine City which is a gold mine of items. The first house in the city contains a man who will give you a Silk Scarf. By speaking to the first Fisherman, you will receive a Good Rod. The lady in the Couramine Hotel lobby will give you a Lucky Egg. After taking the Monorail to the next part of the city, you will receive a metronome from one of the men. Once you are in the Pokemon Center, Mr. Bonding will be there to give you Befriending Power Lv. 1. The woman in the house just south of the Pokemon will give you a Poke Toy if you answer her question correctly. On the ledge next to the gym you will find a Sky Plate and the person in the gate to the next route will give you Black Sludge.

There are so many items to be found along route 13. Just east of the entrance there is a rail to grind that will lead you to a Smooth Rock. A bit further down will be another rail that will lead to a Heat Rock. There is a third rail that leads to a small area where you will find a PP Up. In the same area, there will be a rock that must be smashed and once you follow this now cleared path, search the small rocks to find a Hyper Potion. There are a total of 5 items that are remaining. Most of these items can be found in other areas by grinding the rails. Some of the items include Burn Heal, Sun Stone, and Flame Plate. Once you clear Team Flare out of the Power Plant, you will now be able to head further down the route and you will find an area where you can find both Stardust and a Rare Candy.

The Kalos Power Plant has two main items in it. When you first enter and beat the first Team Flare Grunt, head to the room on the left to find a Zap Plate. Once you clear Team Flare out of the Power Plant, head back to this room and speak to the female scientist to receive a Magnet.

Now you are back in Lumiose City. There are a bunch of items that can be found in the northern part of the city. Head east to the office building and head to the 3rd floor. Later on, you will see a girl staring at a tree stump. You will find a Damp Rock near this stump. If you walk east from the girl, you will find a Roseli Berry Tree. After you leave the haunted house, head south and examine the tombstone to find a Revive. A bit further south from the spot, you will find a Spell Tag.

We are now about half way done with all of the items and now we move onto Laverre City which only has two items. First, there is a small path next to the clothing shop which will take you to an Ether. Also, inside the Pokemon Center you will find Mr. Bonding who will give you Encounter Power Lv.1.

The Poke Ball Factory is an important location when it comes to items. There are only 7 total items in this place, but some of them are worthwhile. On both sides of the entrance to the factory, there are hedges which you need to search. On one side there is a Max Ether and on the other side there is a Max Revive. Once you are inside and are past the first belt, you will find both a Quick Ball and a Metal Coat. After the second belt, you will find a Timer Ball just a bit back from where you came from. Lastly, once you clear Team Flare out of the factory, you will receive a Big Nugget, and you will also receive the one and only Master Ball.

Just east of this pile, there will be a few more piles of leaves and one of these piles will also contain a Net Ball. Just a bit further past the pile that contains the Net Ball you will find a Leppa Berry Tree. Continue down the path until you find yet another leaf pile, this time containing a Dire Hit. You will find a stream and you need to surf across it. Once you are surfing, you will spot another leaf pile, this one contains a PP Up. After the bridge, there will be a few ruins. You can use Rock Smash on the ruins and you will get a Protein. There will also be a cracked wall that leads to another stream after you use Rock Smash on it. Surf and use Waterfall to get to an area that contains a small rock path. This path contains an HP Up. In total, there are another 4 items that can be found in this route. These items include a Stone Plate, a Full Heal, a Pretty Wing, and a Macho Brace.

Next you will be in Anistar City and there is really only one item to be found here. In the Pokemon Center, you will find Mr. Bonding who will give you Exp. Power Lv. 1.

Next up, we are going to find ourselves in route 16 which is where a bunch of useful items are found. As you first enter the route and over the first section of the path, before you hit the fishing shack you will find three items which include a Lum Berry Tree, a Max Potion, and a Rare Candy. Inside of the fishing shack, the fisherman will give you a Super Rod. In the area that surrounds the fishing shack, there are three items that you can find. These items are a Dive Ball, a Rare Candy, and a Fist Plate.

Next, you will find the next part of the Lost Hotel. In this part, there are only two items that you can find. The items are a Protector and a Dread Plate.

Next, you are going to be in Lysandre Labs. Unlike some of the other locations that have been occupied by Team Flare, this is the first location in which you can find all the items of the location before you kick them out. There are four items that you can find in this location which are a Hyper Potion, a Revive, a Rare Candy, and Black Glasses.

Next, you are going to head out into route 18. This is a fairly quick route that contains just five items. The first two items are a Hyper Potion and an X Defense. Just before the bridge, you will find a Wacan Berry Tree. The other two items that you can find here are a PP Up and a Max Ether.

Next we are going with Terminus Cave. This location is huge and probably has more items than all other locations except for one. Up until the point where you reach a small bridge, you will find three items. The first item is a Normal Gem and the last two items both require the use of Rock Smash and are Star Piece and Dragon Scale. In the next area, up until you reach the next level, you will find another five items. You will find an Escape Rope, you will find a Moon Stone, a Hyper Potion, and a Dusk Ball by examining locations. You will also find a Heat Rock, which along with the Moon Stone, requires Rock Smash to reach. The next section of this level will contain another four items which include a Max Potion, a Dire Hit, an Elixir, and an Iron Plate. The next level contains just two items which are Reaper Cloth and Max Repel.

Next, we are going to find ourselves in Couriway Town, which is a pretty item rich town. On the platform of the train station you will find a Rare Candy. In the bushes near the Pokemon Center, there will be a Pretty Wing. On the second floor of the Couriway Hotel, you will meet Mr. Bonding again where he will give you Stealth Power Lv. 1. On the side of town where the waterfalls are, you will find a Prisim Scale and you are also going to find a Max Potion in this location.

Next is going to be route 19. The rock near the first trainer that you battle contains a Net Ball. The first section of this route after you find the Net Ball will have three items. The first two items are a PP Up and a Rare Bone, while the last item in this area is a Toxic Plate. The second section of this route will also contain three items as well. The first item will be a Yache Berry Tree while the other two items are an Antidote and a Max Revive.

Up next, you are going to be in Snowbelle City which is pretty empty when it comes to items because there are only two different items that you can find here. The first item that you will find is a Full Restore which can be found on the outskirts of the city. Next, if you head into the Pokemon Center, you will run into Mr. Bonding again and this time he will give you PP Restoring Power Lv. 1.

Ok, so once you leave this city, you might want to head down to route 20 because there are so many things to find. Route 20 has three different sections when it comes to items. The first section contains four items which are a Paralyze Heal, a Kasib Berry Tree, Meadow Plate, and an Antidote. The second section of this route contains three items which are a Protein, a Repeat Ball, and a Mental Herb. The final section of this route contains another three items. These last items are a Tiny Mushroom, a Balm Mushroom, and an X Accuracy.

Once you exit this route you are going to find yourself in Pokemon Village.  The first two items can be obtained by talking to the Pokemon and these items are a Pretty Wing and a Chople Berry. You can find another Pretty wing in the tire that is located near the Snorlax. Aside from these items, there are a total of three other items that you can find in Pokemon Village. These items include a Max Ether, Pixie Plate, and a Full Restore.

Once you are done with Pokemon Village, you can head back down to the city and you can go through route 21. The first section of this route contains 5 items. These items include Pearl String, Guard Spec., Insect Plate, Repeat Ball, and a Figy Berry Tree. In order to get all five items that are located in this section, the use of both Surf and Strength is required. There will be two other items that you will be able to find before you enter Victory Road and these items are an Elixir and a Rare Candy.

Now that you have done all this, it is time for you to take your first steps into Victory Road. This is the location in the game that has the most items and contains nearly two dozen items. The first section of Victory Road contains a total of five items. The first four items of this section that you can find are Dusk Ball, Hyper Potion, X Attack, and Full Heal. The fifth item in this section is an Ultra Ball and requires Rock Smash. The second section also has five items, some of which are really helpful for this trip. The first four items include Smooth Rock, Carbos, Rare Candy, and Revive. The last item again requires Rock Smash and is a PP Up. The next section of Victory Road contains six items and does also require Rock Smash. The first three items include Zinc, Quick Ball, and Pretty Wing, while the last three items are Escape Rope, Max Elixir, and Full Restore. The final section contains four items which include a Dragon Fang, a Max Repel, an X Defense, and a Star Piece which is located right by the exit.

Once you beat the Elite Four and become the Champion, there is still so much more to do and there are just so many more items that you need to find. We are going to work with a few of the remaining items here. First, in Lumiose City, you will receive the Poke Radar from a scientist in the Pokemon Lab. Then, head to Lumiose Station to receive both the National Pokedex as well as the TMV Pass.

Lastly, we are going to talk about Kiloude City, which contains three notable items. These items include a Max Revive, a Vs. Recorder, and a Nugget.

That’s about it for items that can be found in Pokemon X. If I missed any of the items, tell me what I missed and where they are.

All right, let’s talk about what items you can find lying in the ground and where you can find them. First of all, TM’s and HM’s will not be included in the list and some of these items may require the use of the Dowsing Machine

A girl on this floor will give you an Expert Belt. Another girl on the same floor will give you a Protein. Head to Hotel Richissime which is where you will again find Mr. Bonding in the lobby. This time he will give you Bargain Power Lv. 1. Next to the hotel is an office building. On the 4th floor of this building, a girl will give you a Prism Scale. On Autumnal Avenue, head into the building across the street from the Caf? Pokemon-Amie. Tell the girl that you like Round things and she will give you a Luxury Ball.

Next is route 14 which is another gold mine for items. Just north of the swing set is a narrow path that will lead to a Rare Candy. Just a bit down the route a branch, once you examine the water there, you will find a Tiny Mushroom. If you head East and then North, you will find a Cleanse Tag near the dead end. When you are at the fork, turn west to find a Big Mushroom. A bit later on, you will find water that you can’t cross. Surf across it to find a Hyper Potion in the water.

Next up is route 15 which is where you can find a ton of useful items. Just south of the entrance to the route is a leaf pile that contains a Revive.

Now you will find this side of the Lost Hotel. There are just two items that you can find here which include Smoke Ball and Twisted Spoon.

Now we move on to Dendemille Town. There are 3 items that you can get here. First head into the Pokemon Center to find Mr. Bonding who will give you Accuracy Power Lv. 1. Next, you will find a woman on the outside of the Pokemon Center who will give you a Sitrus berry. You wil also find a Big Root all the way to the right of the town.

After this town, you are heading to Frost Cavern which is full of items. Before you enter, there will be a little water area where you must use Waterfall and once you get to the next area, you will find a Heart Scale. Once you are inside of the cavern, there will be so much to find. In the first section of the cavern you will find three different items which will include a Dire Hit, an Icy Rock, and two Ice Heals. In the second section of the cavern you will find five different items which will include a Zinc, a Max Repel, a Super Potion, a Hyper Potion, and an Ether.

Next you will run into route 17. There are thre items to be found in this route. The first two items are a Calcium and an Icicle Plate. Once you get to the entrance to the next city, you will find the next item near it which is a Rare Candy.

In the first section of the next level, there are four main items to be found which include Iron, Dusk Stone, X Attack, and Full Heal. Rock Smash will be required.
