I've used -accuracy on that Miltank but it usually seemed to hit me at the last moment. I'd always beat the gym, but it was still tough in my opinion.

Whitney's was a difficult battle, but I never lost. That honor goes to Fantina of Hearthome gym in Platinum. I never think to go in the Old Chateau, so I never have a good ghost type at the time, and dark-types are only available if you for some reason take the time to evolve that Evee you get from Bebe into an Umbreon before fighting the gym. Which means, she's a pain in the butt to kill. Plus, Rotom's a pain to catch (I don't play at night very often), and her Pokemon would wipe out a haunter if I took one. So, yeah, she's the only gym leader that I had to fight multiple times in order to win. But I finally was able to use a ghost on her this time, having caught Drifloon before moving on to Eterna.
EDIT: and why is Veilstone on there? I beat that with no problem every time.

That Miltank was nasty and came in a close second, but i'd have to give it to Sabrina in Yellow. She had the generation 1 psychic advantage and her Alakazam was level 50. IDK what gym it was, but the psysic gym in sapphrie, because it absoltly rocked my blakin, and that was the only good pokemon i had, so i spent like 3 hourse training someone who could do it. but any ghost/psysic gym is tough besides the one in heartgold because my mlitank knew scrappy. and miltank was easy to rock because theres plenty of low level fighing pokemon right before that you can train. and mitank is my favorite normal type too. =) IDK what gym it was, but the psysic gym in sapphrie, because it absoltly rocked my blakin, and that was the only good pokemon i had, so i spent like 3 hourse training someone who could do it. but any ghost/psysic gym is tough besides the one in heartgold because my mlitank knew scrappy. and miltank was easy to rock because theres plenty of low level fighing pokemon right before that you can train. and mitank is my favorite normal type too. =)
