I doubt the DS emulators have a type of microphone function which is a bit of a flaw for DS emulators.
I think your only choice is buying the game.

Actually DS emulators DO have microphone functionality.
Plug in a microphone into the pc. Make sure it works by testing it with windows recorder or something that records and plays back voice.
If it works, start No$ and when you need to blow out the fire in the game blow into the mic.
