Is there any way to play a .bin with Nulldc, and if there isn't is there a way to convert it so that I can?

If that wont let you select .bin or .cue files then I suggest you use a virtual dvd drive software like Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120% to "mount" the .bin file and let nullDC read from the virtual drive.
I have read that there can be alot of problems converting a .bin to a .cdi and its often more trouble then its worth...
