Haha, my family did this for years but they got out of the habit.. basically me and my sisters 'all' grew to know santa wasn't real and the cookies and milk stopped! I still miss it though!

No, I never put milk and cookies out for Santa. I didn't exactly believe in him, and my parents sort of wanted me and my 'twin' brother to believe he was real so they put milk and cookies out every Christmas.
I ended up just eating the cookies and drinking the milk once my parents had gone upstairs... don't judge me, I loved those biscuits and I always had a fondness for milk.
