When you jailbreak your iPOD touch, all these ROMs can work after you install CYDIA, a program for Emulators/ROMs. If you download these ROMs from the Get-your-rom.com website you can transfer them all to your iPOD touch via WinSPC- a wireless file transferring program.
You can check the full instructions on YouTube. It's confusing at first but it's worth it in the end!

Heh, well that's pretty cool. I don't have an iPod, but I can easily imagine what it would be like to play roms on one of them. Not bad. Thanks for the tip.

It's pretty nifty  Since it's at least 8GB of space you can hold a ton of ROMs on it, too.
