NoahAdam : There are walkthroughs available on websites like Gamefaq that would tell you the move list. I would suggest looking there.

As far as Mupen goes, you cannot set the controls. The controls are set to a "default" which is listed on the game window.

If you want to change the controls for N64 games, you must use the 1964 emulator.
