Pokemiles are a new type of currency in pokemon X and Y. They essentially replace dream points in this game.

You can get them by trading, walking in game, streetpassing other people with the games, wonder trades.

You can get thing like rare candys, max revives, pp ups and lots of other useful items for cheap.
But if you go on the pokemon global link site you can get those items for half price. So a moo moo milk which heals 100 HP only costs 8 miles.

You can easily get them by wonder trading which is essentially pokemon gambling.

What is your favourite way to get Poke miles?  Mine is wonder trading

Pokemiles? That seems like a pretty dumb idea. I do not have the game, therefore I do not have any Pokemiles, but I wanted to share my opinion. I think that they do not need another currency, especially one that you can earn just by walking.

By the way going through nearly the whole game would maybe get you enough just for one rare candy. Walking and streetpassing are the hardest way to get them.
