Actually, neither. When I play games I usually play them on console or a hand held device seeing as I don't really have any way of downloading the Retro game rooms plug-in or anything else for the most part. Not only that I'm just used to it but then again for the most part I don't really play all that many games anymore but I do play on the console and some occasion and some of the games I have there are downloaded to my hard drive. Not only that but technically you need to download a game to play it on this site. Otherwise you wouldn't really be able to play it at all when it boils down to it. So I guess I may as well vote for download anyway seeing as it makes the most sense.

As far as playing the games you find on here, I much rather play them online rather than an emulator. Not only is there a community aspect here on vizzed with chat boxes and high score competitions, but It doesn't take up that much space on my computer, and my poor laptop needs as much space as it can get.

I prefer to play online games.  If only for the fact that there is usually a large community along with the game, and making friends while I play makes a game a lot more fun then just playing on my own.

As long as the games are downloaded to a cache, online play should be just fine.
I don't know the legalities of this, but bandwidth will add up fast if users are constantly having to download 15mb images.

This one is kinda tough as both have their advantages.  I love the fact that vizzed has these roms and emulators in one place so it can be much quicker to find and play a game, also to discover new games.  But I also download emulators and roms because in some instances they aren't on vizzed for some reason.  I'm a huge Final Fantasy fan and there was a version of it I hadn't heard of before for the MSXII it isn't on vizzed so I got an MSX emulator (same one vizzed uses) and the rom so now I can play it.

I have originally said that I prefer browser games, but recently I actually tried downloading a game, and even though my computer is much slower, I feel these types of games are much better I download like 5 games since Christmas including Minecraft, GMod, Bully, and more.
