Welcome welcome welcome to the pokemon reviews today i am going to review one of my favorite pokemon ever murkrow,plus it is October so this does seem appropriate for this time of the year so lets get this started.

MOVESET

At the start this thing will get peck and astonish...this is a good set to start off with so dont worry

Alright at level 5 we get pursuit,this move has a base attack damage of 40 and has 100% accuracy also this move will almost always hit first,this is basically a dark version of quick attack...and i like quick attack

Okay at level 11 we get haze...NO

At level 15 we get wing attack this move has a base attack damage of 60 and has 100% accuracy,one of my favorite flying type moves to start off with take it done.

Alright at level 21 we get night shade,this move has a base attack damage of...oh wait this moves damage depends on the user so this move has a base damage of 21...well it sucks but at least we can get a drink- HA....piss off it sounded funny in my head...

Now at level 25 we get assurance,this move has a base attack damage of 50 and has 100% accuracy,also this moves damage increases if you took damage the turn you used this move(100 base attack damage),this is a good move take it done (Tip:i suggest you only use this move if you are predicting that you are going to take damage)

Alright at level 31 we get taunt...pfft

At level 35 we get faint attack,this move has a base attack damage of 60 and it almost never misses,once again good move take it done

Okay at level 41 we get mean look...Welp *Loads shotgun* i'm going bird hunting excuse me

Okay at level 45 we get a tricky move known as foul play,this move has a base attack damage of 95 and its damage increases if your attack or special attack is better than the target,this move is not going to be that great for this pokemon considering its stats( were going to go more into that later) but the damage output is already good so take it this is actually your most powerful dark type move

okay at level 51 we get tailwind...no...no...NO

Alrighty at level 55 we get sucker punch,this move has a base attack damage of 80 and has 100% accuracy,also this move will almost always hit first and make the target flinch,if the target is using a damaging type move,once again great move take it

alright i am going to end this by showing you guys its 2 final move's which are quash and torment,both of them do no damage at all...dont take them.

STATS

Alright this things first stat is its health at 60...pretty weak but i guess i can say its average,this things attack is at 85 and this in my opinion this is Murkrows greatest stat...well not stat wise but its really effective and its the stat that will help you the most,this things defense and special defense are at 42 which is TERRIBLE..TERRIBLE and we really needed this things defense to play a big part maybe the special defense can get a pass but the defense is going to get annoying especially when your getting backed up against the wall from strong targets,alright also this things special attack is at 85 which is..okay i guess but were not really going to need this stat.finally this Pokemons speed is at 91 also this is murkrows highest stat and its murkrows second most effective stat along with attack,alright time for a new section of the series which is me telling you this Pokemon's leveling rate which is...just a little slow but its not going to be that big of a problem just keep at it and your going to get progress,okay this things weaknesses are rock electric and ice now most of those are common (rock and electric) but the good part is most of those weaknesses have common weaknesses...okay that sounds confusing but its almost like a triangle just find a weakness for murkrows weakness and you will be fine.


TMS AND HMS

Darkpulse
Calm mind
Fly

Alright i would say this is a pretty...decent set i mean come on guys give me a break,roost is there to heal you..obviously,calm mind is there to boost the power of Darkpulse,Darkpulse is there to be your main attack move,and fly is there for you to avoid damage so whenever you predict damage use this move to get out of there,and thats the set as always if you guys have a set or just some ideas or suggestions just tell me in a reply to this thread or pm me

GYMS AND RIVALS

Now this guy is pretty good in gyms and i mean it this pokemon is a very effective flying type it is very fast and its going to be a bit hard sometimes considering its stats in fact its going to be unbearable at times but all you have to do is Ev train it and you should be fine,same thing with your rival its going to be tough especially later on but just remember as you go on your going to get bigger and better pokemon and so is your rival so once again if you keep training this thing and your team good well then you should be okay but the thing about your rival is he/she will always be a challenge no matter what,trainers are nothing..nothing just worthless drones that die for the queen just a nuisance not a threat...does anyone else think that i sound like an over the top anime villain-

Frieza:YOU USED THAT ONE T-

*snaps fingers and frieza disappears*

Alright enough of that,now should you take this thing to the elite 4....no i am sorry Murkrow but its not going to work maybe Honchkrow can work out but for now its going to be painful and rough for you to win but still if you want to try go ahead

Final thoughts:Man...murkrow your pretty cool,you got a good moveset...but later on it starts to suck its gets terrible at the end with the exception of foul play of course,you got some pretty decent stats considering there capped at 405 it seems that you spread them out as evenly as you could,your tms are lacking but they are still effective,and you are decent against gyms and the rival,but you still have some problems though,such as those stats they are so...weird its not really bad but there just weird and odd,all in all your not the best dark type or flying type and your not the worst but i would suggest people go with something else still your a good pokemon so trainers take this thing for what its worth a pretty cool flying type and a pretty fun dark type to use

Fun fact: Mcdonalds has the best extra value meal EVER....i am a cheap guy and plus i am not greedy and i will not eat all the food anyway
