I know the feeling though, when you log in and you see only one notification... you know nothing to interesting happened when you were away. But, the more you post, and longer you are here, the more things will show up in your notifications.

I mainly just get summoned, that is excluding the welcome to vizzed thing. Usually to a thread I have posted in (dur!) but sometimes I get the odd summon to a thread, but that is not often! I also get the odd profile comment from mainly my friends, usually saying hi and stuff or something they have found ect.
I do not get much else. I have not got any notifications about content requests much anymore though I do know that tRiune likes to do them all in one go because I had my notifications box on 94 because of it!
