My vote goes to Mario. All the other Nintendo mascots are good, but Mario was the first one and he's still popular 30+ years later. I grew up playing mostly Mario games, and I still play them today. So, out of the 6 choices, I'm voting for Mario.

Time to be different, I'm going with metroid. The sence of exploration and things I haven't seen before keep me going, ive always been a fan of the series for awhile now. The introduction of Metroid really revolution exploration (action?) games it even surpassed Mario(first) in terms of game play, who thought of going UP in a game? Well many but Metroid did it right. It was like  a mixture of Mario and Zelda together. I love this series. Samus puts a whole new meaning to "girl power".
