OK Here is the thread for the August Art Comp.
The theme for this one is Anything. So there is no limit.
You can post photos as well and they will be a seperate comp which JigSaw will judge, but we will only have a prize if enough people submit.
So submit any art you have done.

I've sorta got a submission... The quality is awful due to my camera being a total piece. I'm working on a much larger full-body picture which I'll hopefully be able to submit. But, just in case I can't get around to finishing it, I'll have this in.



I left in the lines so you can see that I used a grid drawing method and didn't trace it or anything... Alright, that's a lie. The grid drawing lines are still in there because I drew them too thick to be completely erased. Asides from them, I'd say the drawing came out pretty good.

I ended up finishing that picture today. The flash on my camera pretty much eliminated what little traces of shading I had... But other than that, it came out pretty good.

And since I now know that we aren't locked into one submission, I'll throw this up.



It took about 10 min. to do, so later in the month I'll most likely put up something good ,
but for now this rush job will do as a place holder .

Everything I have to say about it is the same as the previous one (except it took a little less time).
I'll be putting the previous drawing in my art thread if you want to see it.

I have resized it And hmm... I think I might try to think of a feature which shows all the contests going on cause I know it can be pretty hard to find your way around when you are new. So maybe in the future we should be getting more peeps to submit stuff.
