Ms. Pac-man, hands down.

The mazes were varied and not just the same thing over and over and I loved the ability to use the turbo. Plus being able to set the difficulty was much better, because then even people who weren't that great at it could play. 

I will always love the original, but given the choice I'd pick Ms. Pac-man every time.

Ms. Pac-Man is definitely the better of the two games. It's just a more advanced version of Pac-Man with a bow in its... scalp. I'm not going to give Pac-Man any points just because it happens to have more name power or because it was the first of the two.

I'm biased since Ms. Pac-Man is the first video game I ever played as a kid, but I've always been a Ms. Pac-Man person. I spent many hours playing Ms. Pac-Man as a kid - I think I was a tad obsessed with it. I played Pac-Man too, but I never got as attached to it as I did to Ms. Pac-Man. To this day, when I see a Ms. Pac-Man machine at a restaurant or movie theater, I slip in a few quarters and see how far I can get.
