I have never been a morning person.. I have always been a night owl.. and it's something you can never really change.. sometimes you just have to force yourself to wake up in the mornings.. that is what I did for a while.. when I was still in public school. It was horrible and it is so hard to handle.. sometimes if you go outside in the sunlight it also helps or if you drink a glass of Orange juice.. it's what I did and it helped me so much.

I'm a morning person and a night owl, so I don't really know what that's called. Either way, it looks like your problem is a pure lack of willpower to do work in the mornings. Once you start a routine and strictly abide by it, the routine gets easier. Since you have the will power to work out each day use that same will power to get out of bed and work out in the mornings. You could try positive conditioning by giving yourself some incentive to work out in the mornings.

Well, I am not a morning person... I think if you want to be a morning person, you should probably make it a habit to wake up early and try to not sleep late. Then again, it may not help...

I am sorry to tell you this, but can not really become a 'morning person' unless you get a lot of sleep the nights before, and regularly, too. There's not much of another way, which is why I know I'll never become a morning person XD!
