i tried to load my saved pokemon game from my laptop (which i wasnt using when i saved the game previously) when i double clicked it didnt even have the option of save or load??!!!!

If you mean games on Vizzed, the save game is stored on Vizzed server, not your PC, which means you can load your save from any computer and it will be there for you

Just make sure you are logged into the Vizzed forum and load your save.
If it's not loading your save file then let us know and we'll look into it.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.
