So I seem to have run into an issue with the plugin while using Mozilla Firefox and I don't understand why it suddenly quit working for me... I was in the middle of playing an SNES game when I realized I was lagging pretty badly so I went to restart my computer. I get back on Vizzed and attempt to play my game again but now it's stating that the Plugin can't be found and it shows the link to the RGR Plugin download page.

Attempt 1: I download it once and attempted to repair it. Afterwards, I got back on and nothing had changed. Now I checked to see if the Plugin was in my list here on Mozilla Firefox and it is enabled on my Plugins.

Attempt 2: Now I went to uninstall the whole Vizzed RGR package without deleting the roms and config. I install and still having the same issue. I also closed out the browser and tried again. Still, nothing has changed. This time I checked to see if it worked on Google Chrome. It does...

Attempt 3: I Uninstalled everything that had to do with the RGR except for the C++ thing needed to run it. I made sure to check the CCleaner for registry errors as well and cleaned up the remains from the uninstall. I installed a fresh copy of the Retro Game Room/Plugin and tried to get on a game. Still, I am not able to get on my game.

The only things that I installed on my computer today was the Freemake thing to convert a file for uploading videos. The other things installed were a few Microsoft security updates that after I restart my computer, the plugin was still working. I'm left to believe that something with the Freemake thing might be conflicting with Mozilla (but that makes me wonder why it won't conflict with Google Chrome) and I wonder if anyone else has run into this issue before,,, Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead of time

The reason the RGR plugin quit working is because Firefox automatically updates itself and the update causes the RGR plugin to not work for almost everyone. By the way, since Firefox isn't working, you should try Internet Explorer or Google Chrome for thew plugin. Both of those browsers work fine with the plugin for me.

giorgi0101 : Thanks but the reason was due to a Firefox update. The RGR Plugin is now, once again, compatible with Mozilla Firefox and I have no problems with using the RGR Plugin now. This thread can be closed. Solution has been worked out.

Thanks

Problem solved? Glad to know.

Since you said this can be closed... I'll just do my work.
